We have used Pinnacle Urgent care for multiple sick visits and have had nothing but a great experience. We most recently had a visit for my 4 year olds fractured elbow. They were very gentle, did thorough x-rays and Dr. Blanchard called to check on her 2 days later. Highly Recommended!!!!

The receptionist and nurse were incredibly nice. I came in for a severe ear infection and swelling on the side of my face. The doctor came in and was super friendly and smiley, however, when he checked my ear he shoved the scope so hard into my ear while pulling on my ear lobe that I had to pull away and push his hand away and ask him to stop. It felt like he was trying to put the scope all the way down my ear canal, even after I told him my ear canal was swollen nearly shut. I thought maybe it was because of how severe my ear infection was, but when he checked my healthy ear he did it again, and I felt a sharp stabbing pain deep in my ear that isnu2019t infected. I was in tears at how rough he was being knowing I was in severe pain, and when I even stated how badly it hurt, he just laughed and didnu2019t apologize. Very robotic and rushed and seemed almost amused by my pain. I got a proper diagnoses and antibiotics, but never will return. I have had my ears checked multiple times with the same tool, never had a doctor force it that far in until I was in pain. Itu2019s been hours and both ears are still in extreme pain and have sharp stabbing pains now from his carelessness. The entire situation unnerved me and I was left sobbing in my car after the check up.

I'm very happy with the Care that my granddaughter received all of the staff were very friendly had a great bedside manner very knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely be coming back in the event that I need to and I'm sure I'll need to...I've got four grandchildren that stay in the same home as well as their mother and myself.
