Dr. Powell and his staff have taken care of me from the moment I walked into their facility over a year ago. Amanda is always so courteous and joyful every time I see her. I have had some major health issues recently and Dr. Powell has taken the time to sit down and explain to me exactly whatu2019s going on. I donu2019t feel like a u201cdollar signu201d when I go to see him, I feel like FAMILY!! I highly recommend using Dr.Powell and his colleagues as permanent doctors!!

Receptionist was very nice!nThe clinic was busy and I'm from out of state.... but I didn't wait long for an appointment.nMedical assistant nurse, who I noticed was a student, was professional and through with her procedures.nThe doctor was the best I ever had! She took her time, explained mynMedical diagnosis throughly.nAlso took extra time talking to me in regards to my husband's recent passing.nI WISH THE DOCTOR AND CLINIC we're always mine to go to

If anyone needs to visit an Urgent Care, I highly recommend Pittsboro Urgent Care. Saturday morning I got there right as they unlocked the doors. The staff was so kind. Dr. Powell took time with me, answered my questions, and was very knowledgable. I was in and out within 45 minutes even with lab work complete. It literally took longer to get the prescriptions filled than the doctors visit took. Nurse Collins was so sweet and kind while drawing blood and giving me a shot. She was genuinely concerned about my comfort. Today, 5 days later, I just received a phone call from the nurse asking how I was feeling and giving me the results of the other labs that were sent out. I was treated like a person here not some number on my insurance card. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!
