Friday was my first visit. The interior was clean and bright. The clerks /med assts.were so nice and got me set up in their computer quickly. No wait to see their PA Anna. All 3 assisted with my care. By the time I left I was feeling better. I would go there again.

We walked in they had a mini fridge with drinks for the kids bonus that made three little girls happy. The receptionist was so nice and checked us in right away , didn't even sit down they put us in a room ,less than 10 minutes and the doctor came in ,she was so kind and talked with the girls and myself ,had a diagnosis quickly .Even if I would of had to wait half hour it was worth going there ,they are just genuinely kind people, and listen to your concerns.

This place didnu2019t seem to care how crappy you felt. They were way more interested in $$$. Wouldnu2019t be writing this but going here was a waste of time. Itu2019s really hard to do anything when you feel like death but no help here. I know most people donu2019t really care about veterans but I had no help here and ended up having to go to a different urgent care in my fever induced state. And itu2019s crazy how different this other place was. Wasnu2019t the best but they care about veterans and the appointment ended up being free FREE.

Was busy only one nurse getting patients registered and doing triage. The provider and nurse were both very professional and helpful. Was busy but still didn't wait long, and i didnu2019t feel rushed once in the room with provider . Thank you for your time and care !
