Dr. Koenig used to be a very good doctor. Since starting his own practice, CareMed, its been one negative after another. He seems disinterested. Office lost blood draws and I had to drag my senior parents back for redraw; they've forgotten to check vitals; this week blood/lab results sent to them with issues that apparently needed quick attention, and they NEVER contacted us, no follow up! Today was the last straw. Waited for 2 days to get an antibiotic (we specified which one) for my elderly mother, and right before closing, they send pharmacy a prescription, wrong one, she's highly ALLERGIC to it! (They don't check their records before prescribing!!?) No way to reach them, no on-call doctor nor answering service, just wait until Monday when the infection is much worse, or go to the hospital. Done with this office.

Dr. Koenig has been my primary care Physician since 1990. He is very thorough, caring and attentive. He never rushes you and is truly concerned for his patients well being. I will continue to see him for as long as he is in practice.

Dr Mark Koenig is an excellent doctor as well as all of his staff! They are all professional courteous and knowledgeable! Dr Koenig heu2019s been my doctor for many years! He is thorough and takes the time to listen, diagnosis run tests (only if needed) and treat you properly! I wouldnu2019t want to go to any other doctor! The CareMed office is always clean and safe and they ensure all required protocols are followed for the covid virus! That is so important to feel safe when you go to see a doctor during these unsure scary times! I know I do with Dr Koenig, his staff and CareMed in Miller Place NY!
