Total scam. Have a visit just to find out months later you're getting charged $20/months membership. If you go to a doctor's office they don't charge you $20/month after you leave. What do you get for your membership price? Not discounted treatment. Not faster access to appointments. Literally nothing. It's just a $20/month charge for no reason. Which you pay in addition to your visit cost, co-pay, and anything your insurance pays them.

Be warned if you try to get your bill settled they will literally block you so you canu2019t contact them anymore. They never billed my primary insurance only my secondary and I said Iu2019m not paying this till you bill the correct insurance and I can no longer message them through the portal.

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience with PlushCare. I had a doctoru2019s visit for an urgent issue. The doctor prescribed a medication and said it should be ready within an hour at the pharmacy. The pharmacy said information was missing and contacted PlushCare for more info. I had to call PlushCare multiple times and spent countless hours on the phone and via email with them. It took over 28 hours to get the issue resolved in order to get the prescription filled. I needed to begin the medication immediately and couldnu2019t. I will never use this service again.

Initially I was apprehensive about using telehealth because Iu2019ve only ever seen providers in traditional face-to-face settings, but Dr. David Hall and Dr. Mark Wojciechowski, along with PlushCare, have completely changed my perspective. I actually feel like I get more focused attention during our virtual appointments. Both Dr. Hall and Dr. Wojciechowski truly listen, and I donu2019t have to worry about them multitasking or turning away while weu2019re talkingu2014our conversations feel personal and intentional, even through a screen.Since starting telehealth with PlushCare, Iu2019ve noticed how seamless and attentive healthcare can be. The platform is easy to use, and my providers always make me feel like my concerns are heard and addressed. Itu2019s refreshing to feel this level of care and attention, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making each visit feel meaningful and productive.

SCAM! Do not do business with these people. They have 528 complaints in BBB and a 2 star rating, these reviews mean nothing on Google.I have just discussed with customer service on the phone and the lady mentioned that if I had not placed my insurance on the platform my rate could have been $129 that would have left me at a total for the consultation of $255.Considering that I paid on each of the two consultations I have $35 total of $70 copay plus my current remainder balance of $285. If I add up the two balances (using insurance) this would place me at a consultation that lead to NO MEDICINE NOR PRESCRIPTION, neither a solution of $355.I dont understand how this operation works as the lady mentioned due to me submitting my insurance that consultation gets billed to the insurance twice the consultation price compared to no insurance usage. I have two appt in February and I see as my bill $115 and in July I see now a balance of $285.why did it took this long to bill the other appointment? Are insurances aware of this?I mentioned on the platform I was not able to get the medicine. And still you guys said it was not your problem and wash your hands. I am not getting anywhere with the billing department and be aware you will not see anywhere in the app an itemized bill, it not convenient for Plushcare to let customers know that booking an appointment is cheaper without an insurance as they get a bigger piece of the cake from both ends customers when they use an insurance.
