Very very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful!!! I do not recommend this place and I use to love them!!! This person was rude, and yelled at me for her being highly and not wanting to admit she was WRONG with the check in info. She told me to sit down when I asked for a manager as if I was the reason she had to work and like I was her child. When some came out it was not a manager but a x-ray tech who was no help. I asked them to lock my sonu2019s account because I didnu2019t want her looking in my info after I left. They said they could not. Thatu2019s not true I work in the hospital and accounts can be locked. My son is non verbal so he canu2019t tell me whatu2019s hurting him so Iu2019m stressing overt that but also pissed off because I was disrespected. The ONLY brown parent so of course the white people are staring. Iu2019m waiting on an email response from corporate and a call from the manager Kyle. I woke up this morning with someone playing on my phone!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THE WEST HARTFORD LOCATION!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at PM Pediatrics Behavioral Health. Despite being assured multiple times that my sonu2019s treatment would have $0 out-of-pocket costs, I was blindsided by a significant bill months later. The billing department and higher-ups repeatedly gave me the runaround, offering unhelpful solutions like a payment planu2014even though I repeatedly explained that I have other medical debt and cannot take on more. This solution ignored my situation entirely and demonstrated a complete lack of empathy.nnWhatu2019s most upsetting is that both the billing and mental health departments were fully aware of my familyu2019s financial difficulties, yet I was forced to pay the bill in full. This is money my family desperately needs for other essentials, but no one at PM Pediatrics showed any willingness to work with us on a fair resolution.nnItu2019s also disappointing to realize that this facility only caters to families who can u201cpay to play.u201d There is no financial aid, assistance, or consideration available for those facing hardships. For a practice offering mental health services, this creates a troubling disparityu2014essentially making care accessible only to those who can afford it. This approach feels tone-deaf and flies in the face of what mental health care should stand for.nnThe communication throughout this ordeal was disorganized and unprofessional. Promises to escalate my case or follow up were frequently broken, and I am still technically waiting for a response. As a provider specializing in mental health, one would expect PM Pediatrics to approach these situations with greater compassion and transparency. Instead, this has been an incredibly stressful and disheartening experience.nnI would strongly not recommend this practice to anyone. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and refusal to assist families in financial need make it clear that they prioritize profit over patient care. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for care.

So you donu2019t submit a claim to my insurance company and then send me a bogus email on Thursday night informing me that youu2019re going to charge my card on Sunday. I call you on Friday multiple times and send an email and no one answers, responds or calls me back. Now you charge my card!!!! Disgusting!!!! I have full coverage. You submitted a claim for one kid but not the other? Same insurance! Give me back my money!

I've filed a complaint with the BBB. They've tried reaching out to you guys 3x now and you've ignored. Your outsourced billing team is fraudulently billing. I've showed proof of payment and they continue to bill me. It also took them 18 months to bill a claim to insurance. Working class parents can't afford to pay OOP expenses and we can't use our flex spending 1.5 years after our kids are seen. You can't talk to billing because they barely understand English. Someone needs to start a class action at this point. You guys are so grimy.

Helen the assistant at your Marlboro NJ route 9 office was not only unprofessional but she was downright nasty. She lacked the compassion and empathy needed to work in Health Care, ESPECIALLY with children. I will be contacting your office this week to explain my experience. I will also say the doctor and front desk girl were very helpful and sweet. Itu2019s unfortunate because of Helen (who wouldnu2019t give me her last name) not sure if thatu2019s protocol, I have to warn everyone in my neighborhood to stay clear of that practice.
