I recently visited SimonMed Imaging, and while the experience started off a bit rocky, it turned out to be a really positive one. The issue came from the call center, which schedules the appointmentsu2014they didnu2019t inform me of everything I needed to bring, which caused a delay. That part was frustrating, but definitely not the fault of the staff at the location.nnThe front desk team and the office manager were absolutely amazing. Even though I had to wait longer than expected, they were kind, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They explained what was happening and made me feel well taken care of.nnI also noticed that other patientsu2014both those who had everything ready and even some who were missing minor thingsu2014were in and out within about an hour. My wait was longer, but that was understandable given the situation, and the staff made sure I was updated the whole time.nnAnother positive note: the doctor responded very quickly after reviewing my results, which gave me peace of mind and showed how on top of things they are.nnOverall, Iu2019d definitely recommend SimonMed. The in-office staff were excellent, and their care and professionalism made a big difference despite the initial communication issue with the call center.nnud83dude09ud83dude01

When I arrived as a walk-in for an x-ray the waiting room was absolutely packed. But all of the employees worked very well together and the wait time was a lot shorter than I thought it was going to be. If I need anything else I will definitely go back there. A great, patient and caring staff.

Went in for xrays and the young lady sitting to the left was very sweet and nice. Not saying the rest of the front staff was mean or anything. She was just very kind. The xray tech was fast and efficient. No appointments made walked out in less than a hour with a full waiting room.nVisited on 4/25/25

Very nice and knowledgeable staff at the facility.nI do have to say that the process of making an appointment over the phone was very annoying because of communication. It absolutely should not take more than 1/2 hour to make an appointment. Although they were very polite I had to repeatedly ask what they were saying. It was very annoying and time consuming.

It is awful. I had an appointment. At 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 40 minutes after the appointment time still not called! They should do something about drinking water in place of a water fountain. It was very warm in the waiting room and people asked for water. Tech who did scan very nice. Front office staff, Iu2019d fire them all!
