I was hospitalized for four days as an emergency, and I can say that this is the most caring hospital system I have ever been to. The people seem to all reflect the values of the church and their bedrock beliefs of treating people with compassion and without any reservations to their circumstances. The hospital is extremely clean, has a huge gift shop where you can find everything you would expect at a hospital gift shop plus more, the food is generally OK for hospital food, and the staffing seem to be up to par. I want to thank the people at AdventHealth because the way they care for others is truly rooted in their foundational beliefs that they convey through their mission statement and identity.

The staff was absolutely amazing even with it being super early. They helped ease my anxiety and really were just so sweet. My nurse was one of the sweetest people I have ever met and really was trying to get to know me and showed more respect for me than I have ever experienced!

Please donu2019t go here unless you want to hear the staff talking crap about you with the door wide open. Instead of being helped weu2019re stuck dealing with childish immature ass staff. I took my sister in for a kidney stone &u2019 instead they talked crap about us most of the time. On top of that, they put her IV in wrong but once she complained about it they told her to just leave it alone. As soon as we got home she had a massive bruise on her arm. Go somewhere else for your sake.

Staff was very communicative with one another. Scheduling was a little behind but they kept me informed in advance and I was very comfortable in the room at that point. The surgery was so smooth and I feel amazing thanks to the wonderful Dr. Muldoon and her team. Thank you advent health for covering my insurance for a much needed surgery.

I appreciate that our appointments are on a timely basis. Little wait time. Front desk always professional and friendly. Dr. Assini, Corey, Diana, Stacey and all staff are wonderful!
