This Urgent Care is very clean, and the staff are excellent. Miranda, at the front desk, is very professional, pleasant, and courteous. Front staff make such a difference, and she was great! She helped me out as a walk-in patient and was very clear and kind. I didn't have to wait long. The MA/X-ray techs John and Joseph were awesome and helpful. I was there for a TB test so I didn't need to see the provider, but Dustin seemed like he fit the positive vibe of the place. Thank you for the great experience.

The online reservation system is a joke and it is pointless to make a reservation. Even with a reservation, they make you wait like any other walk-in. Even though their system confirms a time and texts you that your u201cvisitu201d will begin at that time, they treat you like a walk-in when you show up. I had to wait for 20 other patients ahead of me even though I showed up at my confirmed time. The last page that says that if you put in your payment information, they will see you ahead of others who did not give them payment is also a lie. They treat everyone the same regardless of appointment or payment; you show up and have to wait behind everyone else.

I can't recommend this place enough. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had visiting an urgent care office. I have been dealing with neck spasms from sleeping wrong for 4 days and the doctor knew immediately what I needed. The staff is super friendly and professional. This office is very clean (yes, I notice these things) and very efficient. I will definitely come back again and I recommend anyone local to come here as well.

Have been to this place several times and always had good experience. However itu2019s unfortunate that quality of service is declining with time. Visited today 02/04 at Portola Pkwy Lake Forest location with an appointment at 1:00. Arrived 10 min prior to appointment. Was taken to the room quickly but then was told there were 3 patients ahead of us.Surprisingly :1. Trash bin auto open/close lid not working.2. No soap in the soap dispenser to wash hands after touching the trash can lid.3. Sanitizer dispenser not working.So basically no way to keep hygiene clean other than just water.Doc came in after about 40 minutes even though clinic didnu2019t seem to be too crowded. I generally had a shorter wait time before with an appointment.Seems like when the clinic was newly established, it had much better services and made a difference but now sadly slowly itu2019s becoming like all others. Wish it had maintained its quality.

We continue to come here because we get the best care. Most urgent cares donu2019t really go the extra mile and this one does!! Caring and knowledgeable staff take the time to listen and find out whatu2019s really going on with you. Canu2019t recommend this place enough!
