I wish I would have read these reviews before my visit last week. I had been going here for years when it was Quality First Urgent Care. Now it is Centennial Medical Group/First Call Medical Center and they are a total scam! I went in 2023 and my diagnostic pathology was $8 for 1 test. Now in 2025 I went for the same symptoms and they ran 5 diagnostic pathology tests for 1 urine sample and it was $1000!!! A total scam, stay far away from this place!

Wait is long even for minor things . Have plenty of wall space but the 10chairs they have are piled completely on top one anotheru2026, Front desk nice though . Takes a while to see doctor always crowex

This place is horrible - especially if something requires a follow-up. They won't call you back to follow-up. If YOU try to call them to follow up, you feel like you are in the twilight zone. If you call and get a person, they will transfer you to burtonsville, but you will always go straight to voicemail - which they will never respond to. If you call and get an automated menu item, you can select burtonsville, and they will transfer you to the center and someone will pick up, but will immediately ask you to go to hold - sometimes they forget that you are on hold (I've been on hold for up to 20 minutes and had to call back and repeat the above process), or sometimes they will finally answer and tell you that a provider will call you back. Here is the kicker - the provider will not call you back, you have to call them back the next day to follow up, and you have to repeat the entire process all over again.The reason they are usually empty and you can see a provider quickly is because no one else wants to deal with all the trouble. It's worth it going to another center where you might have to wait for 45 minutes.

This place was absolutely horrible. Front desk people were fine but one we got taken back it all went down hill. Nurse was absolutely terrible, never asked what happened just assumed everything and then walked out. Sounded like she just started working there THAT DAY. Doctor came in and she was so rude. She also never asked what happened and ended up leaving our room mid conversation and left the door wide open for something irrelevant. She then took one look, diagnosed and told us we can leave now. She also had to spray Saline in the infected area and when the nurse (who had never done this before) went to do it she sprayed it way too hard and too fast, it went everywhere! All over the patient (my brother) She apologized but come on, this is an urgent care. The doctor then left and said she was coming back but I had to go grab her because I could hear them in the hall talking about something irrelevant and keeping us waiting. She also tried to give the patient a tetanus shot for no reason! I told her absolutely not youu2019re not giving anyone a tetanus shot right now thatu2019s not why weu2019re here and after how everything was going, I donu2019t trust them to give any kind of shot!!! Do not go to this place. The doctors and nurses are terrible and youu2019ll leave in more pain than when you came in.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Now that Centennial group has taken over the practice, it is not the same. Please don't be fooled - this is NO LONGER QUALITY FIRST and its apparent in the way they do business. I have. a $25 co-pay and they insisted on billing me for $40. They insisted that I pay $40 even though it clearly says on my insurance card that my co-pay is $25. I called billing to try to rectify the situation and the person was extremely rude. I will NEVER go back there - I could be dying and nope, they will never get my business again. Centennial Group is criminal in their practices - check your statements and follow up with your insurance company. Oh, and they have sent me multiple bills for a simple visit that should have been $25.
