The staff is outstanding. Dr Bunao is very knowledgeable. I would refer him to everyone. The office is out of network for my insurance but I trust his care so I'll pay out of pocket

Dr. Bunao has been my PCP for 15 years and he is wonderful. However when he joined this God awful place that all changed! This is absolutely the worst medical practice Iu2019ve ever seen. It borders on being neglectful. Phone calls are NEVER answered. Phone messages are NEVER returned. Prescriptions are NEVER called in. Everyone you speak with says very politely they will take care of it but it is never taken care. Referrals are NOT sent in a timely manner. I do not usually leave Negative reviews but in this case I feel that is necessary to make people aware that while Dr. Bunao is amazing this corporate medical practice is not! I have severe PTSD from the murder of my son as well as MS and kidney disease and I have went to hell and back just to get treatment from my doctor. If I could leave negative stars I would.
