We have been going to this Urgent Care for a good minute, and every time we have come it's always been pleasant and courteous. We LOVE nurse/medical assistant Tish! Very lovely woman and always putting a smile on our faces whenever we see this wonderful woman. Always in a great mood and puts a smile on your face even when you're feeling the worst. All the staff has been very helpful and always nice to us, I would recommend coming to this Urgent Care. Just make sure you come in with respect and common courtesy and the people in this place will always treat you right

I have been waiting for 3 hours. I had a muscle spasm in my back while working out. I told the girl at the entrance that I wanted to get an injection. She charged me $139. When I went to the doctor, she said there were no muscle relaxants but pills. I did not come to get pills. I came to get a muscle relaxant injection. I have been waiting for 3 hours and they did not refund my money. The black girl at the entrance does not know anything. Because of her, my 3 hours and $139 money was wasted. I definitely do not recommend it.

I visited Pacs Urgent Care because it stays open until 8 pm, unlike other urgent cares around me that close at 6. After reading positive reviews, I was motivated to check it out, and I was impressed. They have digital X-ray, an on-site lab, a fully staffed team of doctors and nurses. My medications were filled promptly, and I was in and out in less than an hour.
