We visited PACS Urgent Care in Ruther Glen while on vacation to have my daughter's stitches removed and get my son checked for a persistent cough. Knowing how busy urgent cares can get, we waited outside before opening, hoping to be seen first, but ended up being called third, which was a bit frustrating. That aside, the staff and doctor were very nice, and my daughteru2019s stitches were removed quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, their X-ray machine wasn't working, so my son couldn't get the X-ray I was hoping for. However, he was still well taken care of and diagnosed with walking pneumonia. He was prescribed an antibiotic, inhaler, and steroids. Overall, I'd give it 3 stars u2014 solid care but some frustrations with the wait and equipment.

This facility provides an extremely disappointing experience, both in terms of customer service and medical care. The staff is unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy, making patients feel unwelcome. It is evident why they struggle to retain clients, as their service quality is far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking professional and compassionate care.

Absolutely unacceptable. Took my daughter in today for a possible ear infection due to her primary being booked up. For some reason they took 3 other patients that arrived well after us. After over an hr an me questioning them they finally took us to the back. We sat in the back room for again an hr with NO one coming in. We ended up just leaving. 2 hrs for a slow night Urgent care is absolutely unacceptable. Not quite sure how you have a 4.5 rating. The only thing that was great at this facility is the Super nice and helpful receptionist at the front desk. May you sure take notes from that Nice woman.

The office staff is nice enough. The doctors and nurses are friendly as well. But pray that you donu2019t have a billing issue. I tried to get in contact with their billing admin Martha for weeks with no response. Left multiple messages on her voicemail and with the office staff and never heard anything back. I then left a message for the director of operations and she also did not call me back. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB for anyone to even bother looking into it. Even after that, still no phone call, just messages through BBB and one email. I spent over a month trying to get in touch with them. Iu2019m leaving 2 stars because the office staff deserves something at least. But the -5 stars Iu2019d give to their alleged billing department pretty much negates it. Iu2019ll be driving to Fredericksburg to visit Patient First in the future.

DO NOT trust this business with your money, especially if they ask to keep your card on file. They made an unauthorized charge on my account on March 16th, 2025 (Over $100 by the way) DESPITE the fact that I havenu2019t been there since February 7th, 2024 and already paid my copay at the time while I was insured. Any other doctor office or urgent care would have contacted me via text, email, or physical mail if I still had a remaining balance to pay not even A MONTH post service. Why am I being charged over a year later without ANY explanation or communication? Iu2019ve called the billing department within two days and have heard NOTHING meanwhile my card is still on file. I contacted my bank and they even agree that itu2019s ridiculous and unprofessional. Youu2019re screwing people over from what I can see in other reviews relating to this billing issue. DO BETTER!
