The staff is always very friendly they are welcoming the lobby is always decorated very nice they have a TV for entertainment the women at the front desk are so sweet and helpful they always have a smile on their face they always compliment me I really like the atmospherennUpdate I still go here I e been going for 5 years the care is still the best the people are like family to me they treat patients like humans and are so caring it's already hard having medical issues and constant pain but they treat you like a human

This pain center has been amazing to me throughout the past 15yrs I have been a patient with them. Their PA Wendy Houseright is so precious and has such empathy for her patients. When I lost my mother and brother both in the same year she and the rest of the staff especially Joy, Sabrina, and the office manager Barbara offered so much kindness and support that you just don't find at most other places. Joy toes the drug screens and pill counts and has always had great advice and support for me as I have endured many healt battles and struggles. Sabrina is so friendly at the front dest and she is always smiling. There is another nurse who is in the room who is putting the information in the computer and she is always willing to listen or offer advice. Barbara is the office manager and she is always on top of anything that needs handled in the office. She's very professional but is supportive and friendly as well. All together, this pain center is one I would and do refer my family, friends, and anyone else who needs their chronic pain managed. I will add this though, if you are planning on going here based on this review, please make sure you are planning to follow the rules because they will find the ones who are truly there for the wrong reasons and stop them from coming there anymore. If you are doing what you're supposed to, this is the perfect clinic for you!

When you first go there watch what they put you on what kind of medication they give you had an allergic reaction I tried to tell her that I could not take that but gave it to me anyway make sure you have your X-rays and everything before you go

I am a very close friend of someone that was going here and from the start it was a bunch of harassment, from false accusations of drug screening, they're computers went down, they rescheduled him, then had it marked as he rescheduled, and of course it was past his due date so nothing was in his system and they used that against him, my friend has 4 fractures in his back past the point of surgery and it was no big deal, according to them every one has a messed up back, they require you to purchase narcan, which he was told was fda required, well I myself was in pain management and NEVER had to purchase it... he was on a very low dose of medicine compared to other people and got treated like an addict, which his pharmacy record showed within a year he had 1 prescription, but they gladly accepted 295.00 in cash, he was out of town working, couldn't make the appointment and they said take a picture of your pills well he did , supposedly they never got it...hmmmmm, then released him !!! I know first hand about management clinics and they definitely pick and choose!!!

They truly are the best. They take the time to talk to you and answer any questions that you have. They also take the time to get to know you & explain everything you need. They truly do care about their patients and it shows. Everyone in the office makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. They feel like extended family and have listened to every good and sad news I have shared with them. They have cared about my feelings and have gone beyond to make me feel better both physically and emotionally.
