I had a horrible/uncomfortable experience at this location. My daughter was complaining about her tongue and throat; it appears she might have a slight sensitivity to some sort of food ingredient (similar to me), so I wanted to get her checked out, of course. Our usual location (PM Pediatrics, which we love) closed early due to plumbing issues, so this was the next closest place that was actually open on a Sunday evening. The doctor did not appear to be listening and completely disregarded what was going on by saying, u201cItu2019s just seasonal allergies.u201d He then asked me if I have seasonal allergies, which I do, and kept telling me to find a picture of myself u201cfrom a few years agou201d on my phone. I told him I donu2019t have any and simply u201cno,u201d but he was persistent and said this maybe 3-4 times. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Iu2019m not here to show pictures of myself, like what?! This was yesterday evening. Last night my daughter woke up with a croup-sounding cough. Never going back here u2014 donu2019t recommend.

For starters the RN got my birthday wrong so when I needed to get my script my insurance wouldnu2019t cover it because they screwed up my date of birth. Then the doctor I saw, Dr Joseph Ida prescribed me a medication that had reactions to a medication Iu2019m currently taking. I complained about ear pain and he never even checked my ears. Horrible doctor

I was deeply disappointed with my experience at CityMD. After a fall down the stairs, I visited the Bellmore location seeking medical care. The medical history intake process was handled efficiently by a polite and professional young man. However, the care provided by the practitioner was unacceptable.nnUpon entering the room, the practitioner questioned my account of the accident, asked if I wanted an X-ray, and informed me there would be a one-hour wait. While this was understandable, the subsequent exam was not. Wearing gloves improperly, the practitioner performed a single push on my left hip and declared the examination complete. When I questioned this, he confirmed it was the extent of his evaluation and repeatedly emphasized that I would still need to pay for the visit. His dismissive attitude and lack of thoroughness left me with no confidence in his skills.nnAdditionally, when I contacted CityMDu2019s customer service line to report my concerns, I was met with unhelpful responses. Instead of addressing my complaint, the representative attempted to connect me back to the Bellmore location. When I requested the corporate number, I was given the same local number again and assured it was corporate.nnThis experience has left me with serious doubts about CityMDu2019s commitment to patient care and customer service.

I had a terrible experience at this urgent care. The online wait times are completely misleading and don't match the reality at all. I was told it would be a short wait, but ended up waiting much longer than expected. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unprepared to handle the situation. I was sick and needed help, but it felt like they were overwhelmed and didnu2019t have the resources to properly care for me. I wonu2019t be coming back and wouldnu2019t recommend this place to anyone who needs timely or effective care

This was the best experience I ever had at an urgent care. I would like to say that Naomi in the front desk greeted me and made sure that I knew she was readily available to help me. I was impressed that she knew what I needed before I even finished asking. Sheu2019s very kind, friendly and professional. She made me feel cared for. Dr Siddique is very knowledgeable and expressed concern for my condition. He went above and beyond in making sure I receive the correct treatment. I did not expect such expertise at an urgent care facility but am extremely grateful for him.
