I went here for a check up as they were my pcp and I got a full workup. I have a severe phobia of needles and getting my blood drawn so it was a big deal for me to go to the doctor to do that. I had to be stuck twice because they couldnu2019t find my vain the first time and he fished the needle around in my arm which hurt pretty badly. Then the NP came in and that hurt pretty badu2026 however the NP did get the blood she needed for the tests she put in. The NP said that she would call me the next monday to go over my exams and it has been 2 weeks Ive called them atleast 10 times and left voicemails and no one answers the phone there ever! I do not recommend anyone ever going here!

Went on a Friday at around 330pm. Was seen quickly which was nice. Jo-Ann noticed an ear infection in my ear right away and told me she needed to swab my throat to make sure she ordered the correct antibiotic. She told me she would call me the following day (Saturday) with a result and send a prescription in for my antibiotics. I spent all day Saturday waiting for a phone call, it never came. My infection is now getting worse, instead of better, because I haven't been able to start on antibiotics yet.nnI'm not sure how this place is normally, but don't go in here on a Friday close to closing. They just scoot you out of the door and forget about you. I regret coming here instead of patient first

I visited the place last month as my son was very sick. As I was filling up papers nurse noticed my son is not well. She took him right in and told me you can keep on filling up papers. She was such a nice person and took care of my son very well. I wish I would have noted her name. The doctor was very nice too. It was a very good experience. Only thing which I have to take one star off is I kept on calling everyday for my son's test results copies. And as of today I didn't receive them. And one time the person handling calls was very rude. Please fix this problem. But overall I will recommend this place.

Came for a workplace injury back in July because I had accidentally sliced my hand/wrist open with a box cutter. When I got there my hand was bleeding heavily, I was pressing paper towels on it from my workplace. The receptionist/nurse had no sense of urgency to getting me seen by a doctor, they didn't help with the extreme bleeding, they just had me sit down in the lobby. There was no one else in the lobby, yet I had to wait for about 30-45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Upon seeing the doctor, she gave me 4 stitches on one side of the wound, on the same wound she put liquid bandage at the top of it-- I didn't think this was right but I'm not going to correct a medical professional, I also was in a state of slight shock due to my injury. 10 days later, when I went to a patient first to get my stitches removed, the doctor there had told me that it's very odd that she put both liquid bandage and stitches on the wound. She said the stitches were done poorly as well. My wound also had a minor infection, though I cleaned it properly.nnPremier health express urgent care also billed my own personal health insurance even though I explained that it was a work injury (it should've been billed to my place of work). I received a bill in the mail from Premier for the expenses from that day so I called the office twice, but no answer. I left a voicemail, still no call back. A few days later, I drove to the location and spoke to the same receptionist/nurse that initially checked me in on my date of injury, I explained the billing mistake, he the redirected it to my place of work. My place of work confirmed the claim number for me, and ensured it would be handled under our worker comp. Now it is November, I just received another bill in the mail from them saying I owe an amount still. I don't believe this is a problem with my workers comp insurance, so I called the premier urgent care again, no answer, I left another voicemail explaining my situation.nnTo summarize, this establishment is unprofessional, does not answer the phone, does not call back, does not handle patient issues, does not file bills correctly, and cannot properly perform emergency medical procedures in a timely manner.

When this place first opened it was fantastic. However, now it has gone completely downhill. It is no longer a walk-in urgent care so I don't know why they call themselves that. You have to make an appointment and the last three appointments that I made I received an email saying all three appointments were declined??? What do you mean declined? This is urgent care? I went in a couple times prior to this because my daughter was sick which was something I did over the years and they will see her because it's urgent care right, however we were turned down and I had to go take my daughter to another urgent care. I don't know what happened with the service here or the management here however don't waste your time. Don't think that you can just walk in like a normal urgent care and be seen like they used to do. They require you to make an appointment like a regular doctor's office and even when you make that appointment you will get an email saying that they can't accommodate you and decline you
