IMPRESSIVE! What a well-run and friendly facility. We go to a nice Urgent Care Center in McLean, VA. This Urgent Care Center is ten times even better.nnFrom easy online appointment scheduler, their safety conscious check-in, to their friendly staff and technicians. They did a thorough physical check of my temperature, pulse, blood pressure, breathing. Iu2019ve had several Covid tests for different reasons. The swab by Premier Urgent Care was twice as long and much better. Best Covid-test experience ever. I can highly recommend this facility.

If I could give them more stars I would. I can't remember the last time I was in a hospital let alone urgent care but my visits have been nothing short of amazing. The staff was very efficient and extremely helpful. Everyone was very welcoming in my experience and the nurses (sorry if I'm wrong about your position) and the physicians were incredible. Although I hope to never go back I know if I do this place exists in my neighborhood. I'm beyond grateful and feeling the closest I've felt to normal in almost a month and I owe that to the everyone who helped me as a patient. Even the wonderful lady who checked me in and the few ppl in back who wished me well. Thank you all so very much, I appreciate you and my job appreciates you.

I visited this place last month and had a very positive experience. I came in the midst of a global pandemic and appropriate safety precautions were put in place to make me feel both safe and comfortable. Each of the staff members were friendly and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. The examination was thorough and everything that was done was very well explained. The follow up conversation with the doctor was detailed and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Overall, I appreciated the level of care I received here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an urgent care. So happy to support this Black business.

I was able to make my appointment online and didnu2019t need to wait in the office for my place in line to be held. All the staff was very nice and accommodating. Very little wait time. I injured my ribs and needed an X-ray to determine the severity of my injury. Got my X-ray within 20 minutes of me arriving there. Was able to speak to the Dr. shortly after my X-ray was taken. They answered all my questions and was very polite. Would definitely recommend this urgent care to my friends.
