I missed a call from this urgent care to which they told me they werenu2019t going to call unless something was wrong when I had a visit this past Friday, so obviously i called back frantic worried about my health, i spoke to two people, the first lady was amazing and so sweet, but the second lady had the WORST attitude. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I was hung up on. I called back and whoever answered had a terrible attitude and acted like I was bothering her AS IF I WASN'T RETURNING A CALL. This experience has left me BEYOND disgusted, and disappointed. Since when is me following up on a phone call about MY health a problem or a bother? I do not recommend. My in person experience was awesome, the older gentleman at the front desk is amazing and so sweet, but whoever they have answering these phones need to be taught proper phone etiquette. ALSO, I still donu2019t know what they were calling me for. Nobody had any answers for me.

I had an incredible experience at this urgent care, thanks to Nicole and Nikki! My ear was completely clogged with wax for days. I could not hear.nnNicole was amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She explained everything as she worked, which really put me at ease. Nikki was also great, assisting throughout the process. They flushed my ear and I felt better in an instance. Unreal how great this was!nnIu2019m so grateful for their care and expertise. If you need help, especially with an ear issue, I highly recommend coming here. Thank you, Nicole and Nikki!

From the beginning to the end I was so pleased with the communication and service that I was given here. I was treated here and took my 16 year old son as well. Barbara and Joanne are both very knowledgeable and had super bedside manner! They were true great providers!

Front staff is cordial and welcoming. Wait time was not too terrible at 300pm! We were trying to stay calm and laughing and telling jokes and being a bit too u201cloudu201d and told to take care of our noise level bc some people were u201creally sicku201d. I donu2019t know why, but that really annoyed me. At the end of the day, the doctor couldnu2019t help bc the toe was fractured on the growth plate and we were told to go somewhere else because they u201cwouldnu2019t touch itu201d. Even though the X-rays were done in the Tower health network, our Tower health foot doctor couldnu2019t see them and I had to get a CD of the X-rays to take over. The front desk staff again was wonderful and expedient. I had my CD in ten minutes. Hindsight is 20/20. If you have a child with a potential of displacement or break or fracture, just go to CHOP urgent care and skip the middle man.
