I have been to this Tower Urgent Care facility on at least three occasions, two recently and have nothing but a good experience from start to finish.On one visit they did not have an x-ray tech available when I thought (correctly it turned out) that I might have pneumonia, but it was on an evening near the holidays, so it was understandable.The front desk staff is efficient and courteous, the treating nurses and PAs are kind and knowledgeable, and they treat you like a real human being. They do not rush you through the process, they are glad to answer questions like What kind of decongestant can I take if I also have X condition or take X medication?I would probably make them my PCP if I could. They are right down the road and took my wife there last week when she had a stomach bug and felt like she wanted a professional opinion.

Absolute Professionals with a kind caring attitude! I called before I arrived was answered with a caring attendant who answered my questions with such a great attitude. I arrived and met the sweetest gentleman who made me feel very welcome! The waiting room is clean big and spacious, and quiet. I needed some help with my situation as I am a tower health patient, this was the place for me. I was kept well informed when I would be seen and the wait was not long. Once in the doctors office things went quickly and the young lady who took my information was absolutely kind sweet and smart. Having listened to my problem she took my vitals and made me feel very comfortable. Once I was ready the doctor would be with me shortly she was taking care of another patient. That wait was very short. Met with the doctor discussed my problem in length and took tests and a course of action that would help me till I can communicate with my doctor this week. What a great first experience!!! I appreciate the help and pray this place will be here for a long time. I cannot thank them enough!!! I will definitely recommend them and thank them for all the kindness. I had a great first experience.

Visit was fine, they took care of me. However why is that they refuse to treat you without presenting your insurance card but then bill the wrong insurance information that they somehow dug out from years ago leaving you to sit on hold for hours with their billing office and your insurance. Then when they say theyu2019ll fix it, instead send you the bill and tell you itu2019s your problem. Unacceptable.

I went to Urgent Care on a Thursday evening and it was very easy to get in, no issues with waiting time, and most importantly, Terry at the front desk was one of the most friendly individuals I've ever worked with at the front desk of a medical provider. When not feeling well, this goes a very long way. So often these folks are unfriendly and impatient--Terry was pleasant, friendly, and extremely kind. I'm very appreciative of that!

Overall, my experience was good. Upon entry the waiting room was clean and little to no patient wait. The receptionist staff wasn't very friendly nor welcoming. Nonetheless, the nurse on staff and the PA were very personable, kind and knowledgeable; they made up for the unwelcoming front desk. I was in and out of the office and felt comfortable with my diagnosis and treatment plan.
