My mom and I have been going to this office for the last 7 years. Let me tell you when you're looking for a good family physician. Dr.Ramy Ibrahim is the doctor for you. Absolutely treat you like family! Very down to earth. Very easy to talk to. Very very thorough. He is from Egypt. A tiny tiny little bit hard to understand at first but then going to him for a while you'll get used to it. His care is above and beyond. He will not stop until he gets you better. Not only does he work at the office here, he also goes on rounds at the hospital to see his patients that are in The villages hospital. Don't quote me but I think he is chairman of the board at the hospital and that says a lot. If you are his patient, he will go above and beyond for you to get your medical care. If you go to his office and you need to go to the ER, he will tell you exactly what to do and who to ask for. He is that kind of doctor. He is just simply a doctor that everybody should be looking for a doctor who cares about his patience, not just somebody who gives them a pill and says goodbye. He will get you the right care under his guidance. Trust me when I say this all of it don't take my word for it. Stop into the office and become his patient today. What are you waiting for. You will love his care. The office staff are great here. Nurses are great.

I had a problem with a nurse/assistant of Dr Eldeeb (pain management) and when I expressed my concern to my Dr (Dr Cook) the office notes were shown to this person either by Danielle (the nurse that works at both locations) or through the chart system. I was confronted by this nurse/assistant in a room while Danielle was also putting her two cents in while standing in the doorway, blocking my exit (made me feel very uncomfortable). Dr. Cook wouldn't prescribe a pain medication for me until I saw a different pain management Dr so I went through severe withdrawal symptoms and couldn't get in touch her (no direct number, have to call center which sucks).

The staff at this facility are rude and do not do their jobs. Have shown up for appointments booked in advance to find out the doctor is no longer with the company. No one called to cancel. Insurance wonu2019t pay for a medication and getting the people to do their job to send a new one to pharmacy is the impossible after after a month of trying and it is insulin. So frustrating dealing with people and then they are rude when I wouldnu2019t have to keep coming back if they would do their job.

I have a life threatening issue but after collecting insurance payments they stopped helping me get medication sent to right pharmacy. Left 50+ messages over 2 months, made appointment but doc called off and they said he had to be there. I had to restart 6 months of test at different doctor losing precious time i have left with my family. They need to be sued, avoid at all cost.

My rate is not accurate, I will give to the Billing Department of this office, specific location (Ocala's office) NO star. Not enough ultrasounds, only asking about payments. My pregnancy was high risk, and after the lost of my baby it was a cluster get someone to return the money that was paying on advance for a delivery that never happen. Almost a year later and knowing my account and everything connected to this medical associates was suppose to be closed, they are still trying to get money from us. This is outrageous
