Premier physicians lab is a joke, completely unprofessional. Their lab hours say 5 ou2019clock on Tuesday, but evidently the phlebotomist on duty canu2019t do her job properly so she wraps up around 4:45. I asked about the hours and they said sorry the company is very strict on overtime.I was a phlebotomist for, six years, if you had a patient walk in at 2 minutes to 5:00 you took that patient, drew the sample and processed the tubes, placed samples in the pick up container and then you went home. Find a different Lab if you can. Go to Quest or the CCF lab.

Office staff are rude and totally unprofessional. The office manager hung up on me twice after asking her why the correct dosage of my medication STILL had not been sent to the pharmacy. Its been more than 2 months! How dare i ask! It's not like I take some narcotic! I will go elsewhere. You should too. Save yourself the headache.

Went in for an x-ray, waited 50 minutes before I went up to the front desk to check when it would happen, u201cyou are next in lineu201d. Waited 10 more minutes for 2 pictures to take 3 minutes. Awful wait with not enough space for the large volume of people there. Terrible experience :(.
