Please beware: I walked in one evening with a mild complaint, sent by my primary to make sure I was ok because I couldnu2019t get in to see her right away. I had been to this location multiple times with my family/children and felt like the care was always excellent. I was ushered into a room, given an EKG and monitored for some minutes on a heart monitor. Vitals checked. Everything seemed normal and so I was sent home. As I was leaving, I paid a co-pay and I mentioned to the cashier that I thought my urgent care co-pay was less and she said it might change year to year. Shrug.nnA month later I got a huge bill from Premier. I was shocked and called to talk to the patient advocate. I was told my visit was billed under ER and not urgent care. NO ONE - not the check-in counter, not the nurses, not the doctors, not the cashier- not a single person ever made me aware that I was being admitted into the ER.nnWhen I called to file a complaint, I asked what the procedure was for informing the patient of which side of their services they were being admitted to. I was told there was a sign on the door of my room? And I should have been handed a folder with the information. Canu2019t say I paid attention to the signage on the door, but I know I wasnu2019t handed a folder explaining the difference between the urgent care and ER. Regardless, that is WAY insufficient notice to the patient considering people walk in there all kinds of sick and distracted. My complaint was not ER level, it was barely urgent.nnLeft with no recourse, no one at Premier will address my complaint, and I will be sent to collections if I donu2019t pay. I was simply told that they u201cfollowed proceduresu201d. My word against theirs. Regardless, the procedures of informing the patient are insufficient and shady.nnI wonu2019t be going back and I will be telling everyone to avoid them. If nothing else, I hope this review at least helps them change their policies of informing their incoming patients more thoroughly.nnHealth care in this country is all about being your own advocate, so I think people should start sharing stories like this to help each other avoid being taken advantage of by corporations like this. Stay safe yu2019all.

I was in a great deal of pain and the doctor and staff seemed genuinely concerned and they were very thorough in their evaluation. The doctor, sonogram tech, radiology tech, and nurses were all so kind and professional. I was in and out, with answers, within a couple of hours. I am grateful for Premier ER and Dr. Burns. Thank you!

Easter Sunday walk in around 5:00 pm . Only about a 2 hour wait in the waiting room but it was a clean facility. Once I was taken to the room things went fairly quick . I was in extreme pain at this time. Blood was drawn, vitals taken and IV for pain started. CT scan was performed, showing broken ribs. Prescription sent to pharmacy and I was told to follow up with my primary doctor. FYI thereu2019s nothing you can do for broken ribs except just rest. We did ask about the bloodwork but was told since the scan showed broken ribs they didnu2019t analyze the bloodu2026 just wondering what they do with the blood they donu2019t test???

Iu2019ve had occasion to use Premier ER several times recently. The experience has been extremely positive for me and has given me the quick care I needed at the time. Both drs I saw were very helpful, professional and personable. I will definitely go again as needed.

My u201cquicku201d visit today took 3 hours for a minor illness. The physician was unfriendly and made me to feel as if I was wasting her time. My 5 minutes with the doctor felt like an interrogation. I made no complaints of pain, yet received 2 prescriptions for the same pain med. Iu2019ll try a different urgent care in the future if needed.
