Today was my first day of seeing Dr. Moore as my primary physician. I never had a doctor to do so many different tests!!!!Although, I am not complaining at all, which is very good for a first time visit!!!! Dr. Moore was very thorough and was very much appreciated!!! I am referring my boyfriend to this doctor immediately!!! Great doctor!!!!

I am pretty sure they forgot about me in the room. When I walked out to get some water I left the door open and the nurse walked by and asked if I have been seen. This is after an hour and a half of waiting. If they wouldn't have made me pay upfront I would have left. It ended up being 2 hours before I got seen. Was told there is no flu test kits left. Then after I got seen it took another 15 minutes for the nurse to come back and give me a shot and the list of my prescriptions. Of which it had two but they only told the pharmacy one of them and entered my birthday wrong so the pharmacy had to call and see if it was me because I am a regular customer. Terrible experience throughout. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Worst place you could ever go. My grandchild had 100.7 fever for the entire 3 hours waiting to be seen by a provider & they never came in the room to give him Tylenol of anything . Please if you want to live to see another day please go to a place that value life.

Donu2019t go around lunch time. It doesnu2019t say it when you look up their hours but they are closed for an hour for lunch.nnWe rushed over there today because one of my guys shot a nail through his hand and we couldnu2019t get it out. When we got there we found the doors locked and a sign on the door saying they were closed for another hour. There was a lady on the other side with her arms crossed and what looked like an attitude that just kept telling us to read the sign. It was obvious that my guy was in a lot of pain and they wouldnu2019t even let us start the check in process or anything. We ended up having to drive 20 minutes to another u201curgent careu201d and wait an hour and 15 min to be seen.

I scheduled an appointment online for 12:30pm on 12/31/2019. I was emailed confirmation for the appointment and left work early for the trip across town to the clinic.nnWhen I arrived, theyu2019re was a note on the door saying they were closed and would re-open on 1/2/2020.nnWhy was I not told this when I scheduled an appointment AND received a confirmation of the appointment.nnThis is unacceptable! I took time off work and drove across town, sick. Why was I sent confirmation of an appointment when you are closed!?!nnThere is no excuse for this unprofessionalism.
