This is my second time visiting this location. They make it well known that the time of your appointment is not the time you will be seen but expect you to wait 40- 60 minutes to be seen then sit in a room for almost as long. Checked in was by very rude and unprofessional young ladies that are more worried about speaking over you that actually listening what you are there for. My appointment was at 3:05, was taken back at 3:46. The nurse that took me back was very patient and helpful, the only positive portion of the visit. But within 10 minutes, my vitals were taken and a COVID and FLU test were taken and told results would be completed in 15 minutes. I sat in the room until 4:50 after asking 2 separate people for assistance and how much longer the wait would be. Once the PA came in, he was not only frustrated for me for being inpatient, he mentioned being u201creally busyu201d and that the wait had not been u201cthat longu201d. It was clear that many more patients kept coming in and waiting just like myself. After some push back, I did get the help I needed but would not recommend this location for anyone looking for URGENT care. Seems like profiting from getting as many people through there is the primary objective. Train your staff in bedside manner and professionalism. I saw a poor elderly couple leave due to a two and a half hour wait that was told it would be another hour to be seen. When elderly couple said they needed assistance they were told there were other locations nearby and that there was nothing they would do.

There are many Urgent Care offices in Temecula. But there is only one with Mr. Elijah greeting people at the front desk, managing patients, families, children and even thinking ahead. I donu2019t think one will find a Mr. Holden ANYWHERE else, doing intake, calmly, sweetly, compassionately and with professionalism. And then Miss Anisha Jackson, PA who puts my regular doctor to shame. She was AMAZING. She did the one thing that I teach on a graduate level - wellness intake. (I also work with doctors at a well known research clinic and I wish I could express how CRITICAL compassionate listening is to healing.) When done well, the patient shouldnu2019t even know that what is happening is anything beyond casual talk. This amazing - and I do mean amazing - provider did her intake so smoothly - hitting every spot - if I wasnu2019t familiar with the process intimately, I honestly would have thought she was just friendly. It is so sad the average doctor (MD, PA, NP) canu2019t get their eyes away from the computer to actually LOOK at their patient - to check on mental health - other struggles, etc.. I wish this clinic would become a become a full service Doctoru2019s office. I would be your first client. I think you could have a thriving business; pediatrics, mental health, internal medicine, womenu2019s health. You have the room and the most important part - fabulous office workers. There is NOTHING like walking into an office and be greeted by name, said goodbye by name. That is where is the healing begins. For obvious reasons, my review is under a different name because of work conflict. However, Mr. Elijah knows who I am should you have specific questions. Whoever trained these employees deserves a wonderful raise as do they. Thank you.

It was my first time visiting on 05-30-2025 to this urgent care and I will continue to go there. The wait was reasonable and the waiting area was clean. The women working the front desk was awesome! People were asking her questions left and right and the phone going off and she kept her cool. Props to her!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences Iu2019ve ever had at an urgent care facility. I waited approximately 1.5 hours just to be seen, and Iu2019ve now been waiting an additional 2.5 hours for a prescription to be sent over. What makes this even more confusing is that when I arrived, there were only two other people in the waiting roomu2014I was the third.nnTo make matters worse, reviews from other patients mention quick service, so I genuinely donu2019t understand why my experience has been so delayed. I donu2019t want to make assumptions, but at this point, it feels like Iu2019m being overlooked on purpose. As of the time Iu2019m writing this, I am still waiting.nnTwo of the three medications were sent to the pharmacy, but the most important oneu2014the antibioticu2014has yet to be submitted. Iu2019m currently sitting in the parking lot, on the phone with the staff, practically begging them to send it so my toddler can get the medication he needs and finally rest. It is now 2:51 AM. Our scheduled appointment was at 11:40 PM.nnAs a parent, hearing my child cry in pain while we wait endlessly is heartbreaking. Unfortunately, I wonu2019t be returning to this location and will be making the longer drive to Moreno Beach Urgent Care in Moreno Valley from now on. This experience was beyond disappointing.

The office was clean. The receptionist was very nice. The doctor was amazing and attentive and really cared. He let me know what was going to happen to make sure my finger wasnu2019t broken and send me to x-rays.The x-rstaff was amazing. After x-rays met with the doctor for the follow up on my x-rays and reassured me that it was not broken, but severely sprained. He kindly tape my fingers up together told me do and donu2019t. The whole staff had empathy and patience. The office was clean. The receptionist was very nice. The doctor was amazing and attentive and really cared. The pain in my finger was significant, but the care I received made it much easier to handle. I appreciated how thorough the doctor had been; he answered all my questions.
