All the staff at Tower Health made me feel comfortable. From Karen who checked me in and also did my X-rays, to Kandy the nurse who was very pleasant and Olivia the PA who diagnosed my fracture. I have never been on crutches before, let alone had a leg fracture. They were all super sweet and knowledgeable. Thank you, thank you!! You are all amazing!!

We had an amazing experience today and I had to share, since most people just leave nasty reviews. We gave our visit u2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fu2b50ufe0fnnWe were greeted and checked in quickly by Lexi. She was very sweet & efficient with checking us in to be seen.nnIt was slightly busy but we when we arrived but we didnu2019t have to wait long to be brought back by another sweet person who turned out to be our nurse.nNurse Jada brought us back to the room and did an amazing job making my son feel comfortable.nShe really seems to enjoy being a nurse & her job.nnNext we meet the Physician Assistant, Vanessa & her student. Wow they were quick & completed a thorough exam of my sonu2019s wrist & ordered a X-Ray.nnLexi, the X-ray Tech came in & we realized she also checked us in for our visit. She must be great at her job to have 2 positions here.nLexi brought my son back to X-ray and effortlessly X-rayu2019d him and brought him back so quickly. She also offered to email or make a disc to take the X-ray images with us! How helpful!nnAfter that we waited just a few minutes for Vanessa & her student to show us the X-rays and explain how to take care of his arm with great discharge instructions.nnNurse Jada appeared again right away and shows us the wrist splint & how to use it.nShe also checked we didnu2019t have any questions and then let us go on our wayu2026nThank you all of you for a great experience

From the moment we entered we were greeted by a sweet lady at the front desk. Masks are still required to wear, so make sure you bring one. All the staff at this Urgent Care were nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to get my daughter checked, a prescription and she was feeling better by the next day. It took one hour from the time we entered to the time we left. Which is quicker than our pediatrics office. Very happy, will be back (if/when needed) and highly recommend this urgent care location! Thank you!

We took my 7 year old because she had poison ivy on her face. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the physician were kind and made my daughter feel comfortable. The treatment was quick and thorough and we will definitely go back.

I had a great experience!! The lady at the front desk was very nice and personable. The nurse was kind and caring. The doctor was excellent. Very down to earth and took the time to review everything with me. I really appreciated it. Faced with unpleasant circumstances, everyone made me feel welcome and even laugh. TH will be my first choice in the future! Thanks!
