My visit was good. I liked the NP. She was kind and informative. My only complaint was that the machine for testing Covid/Flu was not working. The NP said she thought it to be a bacterial infection anyhow. However, after not improving even on the antibiotic for several days, I did an in home test and I do indeed have Covid. Hopefully your machine there has now been repaired.

They make it easy to check in. You have the ability to download an app to make an appointment so you wonu2019t need to wait for long periods of time. My wait was only about 5 minutes and I didnu2019t have the app and was a walk in. In fact, it was my first visit to an AFC Urgent Care. So the check in process and wait time was very short.nnThe staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows throughout the entire appointment. The Doctor I saw was extremely intelligent and has an amazing bedside manner. I would highly recommend them and highly recommend downloading their app. I was very impressed with my care. Thank you!

I cant express how grateful I was for the care I received here.nnI was seen quickly and the self pay (no insurance) was a very reasonable cost.nnThe staff were SO compassionate- genuinely one of the best experiences Iu2019ve had in a medical setting in my life!

If you are in need of an urgent care that is open later, this is a great place to go. I was able to get an appointment at 7:30 pm and everyone was friendly and kind. Got in and out quickly!

The front desk was manned by two women. When I got there, they gestured to a QR code which was to take the place of filling out any forms. I scanned the QR code and as I was filling out the paperwork, I was having issues scanning my different cards. I told the woman at the front desk and she literally just stared at me so I stayed at the front desk, trying to do it and talking out loud about it until she finally In a very annoyed voice said, u201cjust give me your card.u201d I was standing there with my 11-year-old son who was really sick, the reason for us coming there, and she snatched the card out of my hand And almost violently ran it through the machine, so it could be scanned. It was almost comical, and I half expected my card to be Cracked over her violence. She was super rude. Then she said go sit down. My son and I were almost giggling because that was so ridiculous. I realize you have a new technology that makes it so you donu2019t have to do most of the work that comes with being a front desk receptionist, but you work in a place where people are coming to you in urgency to be cared for. I would think a modicum of kindness would be a prerequisite for this job. The doctor was fine, And the nurse was really sweet. The Burnette at the front desk was the only issue. Three people got in before us just because we were having technical issues and the front desk refused to help.
