I would give them 10 stars if possible. That has got to be the best experience Iu2019ve ever had at an urgent care center. Or any medical facility come to think of it. I cut my finger badly, and Morgan treated it and had me out in about 10 minutes flat. The staff was friendly and caring. Exactly what you need when dealing with an emergency. Good job!

I have never been to an Urgent Care until this evening and I was blown away with it, to be quite honest. It was incredibly clean with the nicest staff. The check-in process was fast and seamless. The wait was minimal. My favorite part was the Christian music in the background. Spiritual, encouraging, and soothing music is just what the doctor ordered when youu2019re not feeling your best. Thank you, Eastgate Urgent Care, for your care this evening! I felt your compassion, concern, and empathy; and I truly felt I was in the best of hands!

Yes! Im glad you sent me a survey. The staff was amazing. It was legit the most comfortable I have ever been made to feel at a medical center. The two ladies in the front Angle and Missy are the most polite, respectful, sweet charismatic people you could have. They both went above and beyond to make me feel so welcomed and cared for that I will be going there for any of my medical concerns from now on. The male doctor was so Insightful and helpful and even though it was a personal reason and embarrassing concern he did not make me uncomfortable at all and was upfront and advised me in a thorough way that left me fully knowledgeable about the medical side of things in regards to my concern, and condition. He guided me by explaining everything i need to be aware of, what I should expect, how I should treat it, steps to take if I experience specific things to watch for, and how to prevent this issue in the future. I was not feeling so good and was seen quickly. Clean office.. slightly dated but thatu2019s okay.nEveryone was very nice, professional. I came at a later appointment time so no wait. They asked appropriate questions. Treated and let go.nI would not hesitate to go again if I need a trip to doctors office over a holiday weekend.
