Everyone is always so pleasant and efficient. When I arrived they let me know a serious emergency was in office and it may take some time. Shockingly I think I only waited 7 minutes max even with a serious emergency being handled. Even though the Dr. Gustavo was trying to handle 2 patients he took his time to kindly explain everything to me and went over all my medications. Taking the time to see about a non-urgent patient without making her feel rushed truly shows how outstanding his bed side manner is. Your entire staff is just outstanding!!

To everyone looking for a way to get better quicklyu2026go to Complete Care! They have Xray, CT, and ultrasound all in the ER and even an Urgent care for simple needs.nnLet me explain better. I had horrible abdominal pain and came in looking some answers. The check in nurse at the front was a sweetheart. Taylor explained the paper work and how the ER billsu2026.(no back billing) AMAZING! I waited about 8 minutes and was pulled back by Tyler. He was so caring, sweet and just a kind person. Now the Dr definitely made sure I left feeling better. I am so grateful for leaving with no pain and a smile on my face. Thank you for what you guys do and I will definitely becoming back if need be. Highly recommended this placeu2026donu2019t understand why such the horrible reviews. Doesnu2019t represent this place at all

I appreciate that an Urgent Care clinic was open on a Sunday and took us in fairly quickly. Dr Gustavo was very personable, helpful and shows he cares about his patients to make them feel comfortable. Thank you to Nurse Tyler who was very quick to respond to my pain and felt good as new walking out in less than 2 hours!

Really good experience all three times I was there. Definitely my go to if I canu2019t get into my primary provider. The staff is amazing and the doctors explain everything thoroughly to you. Also before doing any treatment, they explain to you every process. Very professional all the way around.

I cannot express how wonderful this place is. The staff, from the receptionists to the doctors, are absolutely incredible. I believe I received the highest degree of care. They handled everything regarding my insurance without me needing to worry about a thing. They truly want the best for their patients and care so much about them. I was contacted after my visit and asked about how I was doing, and even received a handwritten letter in the mail thanking me for coming and wishing me the best in healing.
