It is shocking but not surprising to read the negative reviews about Premise Health. As a former employee, I can attest to the the often poor leadership and support(especially at the director level) provided to managers in their clinic setting. When issues such as excessive absences by provider (over 20 in one calendar year), frequent leaving early (over 25 in a calendar year), multiple emotional outbursts (which included tears, yelling, foul language) were brought to the attention of the director, her response was to take it to HR. Let me be clear, this was only brought to the attention of the director after these behaviors began to negatively impact patient care.HR would have been appropriate as a final step. It was my goal to help this employee be successful on the job and to NOT have the end result be termination. In addition, poor practices of another employee (such as measuring injectable doses by CC and not ml. repeatedly, using incorrect equipment or using equipment incorrectly) were brought to director (in addition to incident reports being submitted and multiple patient complaints) and were ignored. Hostile work environment complaints were submitted by two employees. Neither were investigated. However, I was one of the employees that complained. I was terminated. The other employee was harassed and bullied to the extent that they found continuing to work there untenable. The director encouraged and participated in this behavior. Unemployment was denied. I asked the State to reassess that. And, after two hearings (neither of which Premise attended although apprised of), the State determined that my termination was clearly retaliation. The Premise Health attorneys have chosen to ignore repeated attempts by my attorney to communicate with them. Premise Health has deep pockets. Most of us employees do not. A career ending illegal and baseless termination cost me a lot. And perhaps dangerous patient care has been allowed to continue. It is no wonder Health Care is continuing a downward spiral.

Was put in an occupational health facility to be the main nurse at a major athletic company for them. Technically there was no health unit. Just the stock room shoved with a bunch of supplies no sink no way to give people medications nothing. Then you come across having work comp emergencies and no way to really address it in the way that was needed. And the athletic company wasn't doing anything to speed up the process or have any empathy or understanding that the conditions were not adequate for medical... Premise was more interested in the money contract than they were the conditions or challenges I faced with the leadership of that athletic company.

I find premise to be pretty good. Really like my doctor. Service is professional and well organized. Not sure why so many bad reviews. Are some locations worse than others?n--ndropping down to 4 stars. Many of the staff seem overloaded, less interested, including the doctor. Not sure why they only staff one doctor to service so many people.

Another zero for Premise , had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment to do a blood draw and I was the only person there at 8:00. Of course there is no one to call accept in Tennessee and after 20 minutes she said she couldnu2019t hear me so she hung up , well around 8:30 people started coming in to open up for the day not 5:30 as advertised. Then I was told they had called me and left a voicemail that my appointment was being rescheduled but no phone call and no one can tell when my appointment was moved to u2026
