STAY FAR AWAY. As soon as I walked into the facility, the desk lady immediately said ' where is your parent you do not look over 18 ' ( im 22 y/o). I initially got off unknowingly of a call with their other facility due to my insurance being down on sundays, and claimed a $50 co pay to hold. I made this statement to the desk lady, and her response was ' we do not do this here. this is not true. ' then proceeded to make calls to their other facilities, negatively talking me to them, claiming that i am lying. After the attitude, the negative comments about me claiming I am lying, she later claims ' its your lucky day we will just do the 50 '. As i wait for the dr to come in, the Dr looks like he does not want to be there at all. I mention I am an anxious person, he rolls his eyes. I came in for an ear infection, he checks both ears and says i have fluid in my left. He then says hes going to prescribe prescriptions , as hes talking to the clip board, while simultaneously walking out of the door. I then make a statement asking if theres anything else I need to do and suggestions on things, and he proceeds to walk out of the door giving no care or concern about my questions. The whole ' DR ' check, was 30 seconds. No questions by him, no ' how are you feeling ' ' do you have any questions ' , nothing except an attitude, and complete disregard to my care and concerns. I then walk out of the facility, asking about what prescription's were prescribed, where the pharmacy was, and if there was any sort of release form. I got nothing but an attitude, no help with any, and denied a form of anything. I walked out knowing, literally, nothing. I was also denied any sort of release form, proof of visit, prescription notes, hands and mind empty. I never leave reviews, and this experience has been horrific since the second i step foot in there. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR CONCERNS. I WOULD HAVE FELT BETTER IN PAIN THAN THIS EXPERIENCEnnedit to reply: As stated above, I was not ' greeted ' instead, in the way in which stated above. Insurance was verified AFTER multiple phone calls, negatively talking about how im quote, lying. I am hoping that the calls are recorded. After I left, I called, and was told ' discharge papers ' are not provided at your office. You guys called 5 minutes before a reply to review, 5-6 hours after the visit, minutes before closing. I was not told a treatment plan, I was not asked if I wanted a DR Note, and I had to ask the pharmacy what was prescribed exactly.

My entire family and I always have the best outcomes after coming to Express Care of Tampa Bay in Apollo Beach. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. We have never had a long wait and the doctor is always very thorough so you donu2019t feel rushed through your visit. This urgent care is always always our first choice. Thank you!!

I went in with ongoing congestion that had suddenly got worse the last 2 days. I requested to be swabbed for viruses, but the doctor saw my throat was inflamed and gave me an antibiotic. The next day I realized my sense of smell was gone. Purchased a home test that was as positive for Covid. Not good antibiotic stewardship.nI was seen in a timely manner, but the doctor took a long time getting me my discharge paperwork. So 45 min after the doctor saw me, I was finally given my discharge paperwork. I asked two people to please check on it so I could go.

The office is nice and cozy. There is parking, but it's quite inconvenient to drive there. And finding an office is not so easy the first time. It's like you're moving into a residential condo.nBut all this is nonsense if we were accepted normally. We arrived first, there was no one in front of us. But for some reason we waited about three hours for the doctor. And he accepted everyone who came after us. Apparently, they simply forgot about us until we reminded ourselves.

They work very slowly, especially the doctor himself! There is no Wi-Fi in the room, I sat there for an hour waiting for a patient who was just undergoing a routine examination that takes 20 minutes!
