I have been to this Urgent Care several times and I have never been so disrespect and disregarded by someone in the medical field who is to be a professional and clearly they were not. This was a PA name Harlen and he clearly did not know how to take care of the patient. I tried to explain myself and he would cut me off to state he was in charge and he was not listening to me and I'm the patient. He was insulting combative disrespectful and arrogant. He should not be in the field of having to care for sick people because there was no compassion. Personally I felt the knowledge was lacking and I had never experienced this before at this office. I was always treated with respect there however on this most recent visit there was not any respect at all. The place has change, the cleanliness is no longer there and on top of that you have someone that is not professional enough to care take care of your needs as a sick person. My visit was absolutely a nightmare. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I was very happy!!! The kid that took care of me was great!! I walked in with severe abdominal pain did the best he could he was polite, very good, did not leave me sitting in a room like other places, even though he he missed the right diagnosed, he did what he could!!!! Had kidney stones

Iu2019ve brought my teenage sons to this urgent care multiple times, for multiple issues. We are always seen very quickly. The staff is always professional. The doctors are always helpful, kind, and informative.

The receptionist was friendly and warm. The building however, was old and dirty. Even though this is a new facility, everything looks worn out. The physician assistant wasnu2019t horrible but she wasnu2019t great either. Cold. The physician was even more cold and rolled his eyes when I mentioned needing a doctoru2019s note for work. I would rate a zero if I could. I guess the one star can go for the short wait time and the receptionist. I wouldnu2019t come back or refer anyone personally. If you need to see a doctor quickly and this is your only optionu2026I wish you the best.

Alexa and Allison was absolutely amazing and so patient with my daughter.. she was so difficult to deal with but they showed so much patience and kindness! I love them for that made our visit absolutely! Stitches was done amazing
