Best experience ever at a walk in clinic. The staff was friendly and the wait was minimal. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I saw NP Jiwan. She was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. This will be my go to place the next time I need quick medical assistance.

I was able to get in Quickly. Assistant and Dr. Ali P.A. were very helpful and courteous. They could see I was miserable and took all the steps needed to make me comfortable and ensure I had proper medication to help me recover as well as recommended a chest X-ray right away. Results were back in less than 2 hrs.

So, first off, I have to say that it was super easy to check in here, and they saw me fast. The person at the counter was nice, and helped me to get through some of the insurance stuff more easily. The real highlight, though, was the doctor, Jiwan. She was extremely kind and empathetic. Where my PCP had been kind of brushing me off, Jiwan actually listened to my concerns, helped calm my anxiety about the situation, and gave me a better understanding of the issue... including filling me in on some info my PCP should have told me. She even went to the extra effort of double checking her idea with a colleague and ensuring that I didn't get referred to a specialist I'd had a terrible experience with. Honestly, I came away from this feeling cared for and relieved, which is what ya should get at your doctor. *And* I didn't have to go bankrupt to do it.nnI definitely recommend it.

Weu2019ve been to Premium urgent care many time over the last couple of years and we always have a pleasant visit. The online check in makes everything so easy and when you get to the actual waiting room, itu2019s a very quick wait before being seen. We went in today and saw Sukhjiwan Kaur N.P. and she made my son feel so comfortable and heard when he was trying to describe how he was feeling. She was so lovely and answered all of his questions and my questions. Highly recommend this urgent care always!
