I was transferred to Presbyterian after an emergency that another hospital could not handle. I got the most wonderful doctor in the hospital, Dr Cynthia Valdez. She saw me the entire time I was there and she is, by far, one of the most caring, patient, and empathetic doctors that I've met in all of my 62 years. With the complications that I had she made decisions that were absolutely in my best interest and after a serious lung infection I was dismissed after 5 days! I had a wonderful day nurse Nydia, night nurse, Bo, and a charge nurse Sy. These were my top nurses however there was lots that were wonderful, I just saw don't have a good memory for names. I will never forget the young man with the Batman socks that flew me by wheelchair out to my son's car when I had been dismissed! After dozens and dozens of nurses and only one that couldn't be nice, those are damn good odds! Thank you to Dr Valdez and the fifth floor nursing staff for saving my life!

I had my son here and had the best labor and delivery experience! All the Nurses & Doctors are highly skilled, attentive, and compassionate. The rooms are clean & spacious. I felt genuinely cared for and the entire team worked seamlessly to ensure both my baby's and my well-being. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you!! u2764ufe0f

The staff of this hospital seem to be trained exceptionally and exclusively on public relations. Any questions asked to your nursing staff will usually be met with some form of gosh, I'm just really not sure right now, but let me go check on that for you followed by radio silence until you notice that the nurse shift change has happened and you must ask a new nurse. Doctors will tell you they are stepping out of the room to make a specific call about your case and then not come back into the room until inquired after 12 hours later. Your chart might not even reflect what you actually came into the ER for. I had to tell each new set of hands what exactly was wrong and all were surprised. Currently, my wait time is 28 hours with no bed. Of course, I will not explain exactly what the medical condition is, but suffice it to say we could not get up and walk out of here. I understand hospitals are busy. It is also the entire business model of hospitals and the whole reason they exist - to take care of sick people. If you are unable to do that, perhaps you should not be running a hospital.I am editing this review to add that this hospital has recently fired their patient advocates. Why would I fill out a form when I was at the hospital trying to find a patient advocate and there are none? So the form can be seen by whom, exactly?

I was admitted into the hospital with a COPD/asthma problems the staff and the emergency room and doctors were very professional and polite they did test me and I did have another virus that they started treating I was transferred to a room after the third day I believe or on that their day.Once I was admitted into my room nursing staff respiratory therapist and nursing texts were all wonderful but I did have bumps in the road with food services I called and asked if they could fix my order and auto was never brought back up also the app to order the food is not very user friendly doesn't have a place to leave notes on special requests so you call downstairs you try to get it done that way and it's messed up food services here has gone downhill it's the worst

I was admitted via the ER on 03/01/2025. I received excellent care quickly. All of the staff in the ER and the hospital were caring, skillful, thorough, helpful, and respectful. They listened to me and quickly assessed what my medical conditions were. The nurses, doctors, and all support staff were professional, friendly, and kind. I received excellent helpful care. Thank you to everyone!
