This was our first visit & can I say 10/10!!! The nurse at the front desk was incredible! Very thorough with asking questions about my medical history before giving me any medication. I loved how she didnu2019t assume that the doctor already covered those bases; she covered them for her selves and her patients as well. Thatu2019s the type of person I would want to be cared under!! I regret I didnu2019t get her name but she was amazing!!! I visited 1/11/25 in the morning. She gave me a shot I was so nervous but I didnu2019t even feel a thing! Dr. Umar was great as well he knew I wasnu2019t feeling well and he still managed to make me and my husband laugh and he definitely lightened the mood. And lifted up my spirits. This has to be the best experience Iu2019ve ever had at an Urgent care. They really took good care of me, listened & prescribed me with the right medication that I needed. Thank you!!!!!

I genuinely wish I could give this location a lower rating. I have been coming here since 2023 and was just told today upon coming in sick that they have never taken my insurance at all and the receptionist before was still charging me copay and said everything was covered. I wouldu2019ve already found another urgent care. I was given a number and a shrug. I wish I was ugly enough to post her name, but the lady that gave me this information had me sign a document stating my insurance has had no changes. Inconsistent, disorganized and unprofessional. Never ONCE was I communicated that I had a balance. AND the number she gave me kept me on hold for almost 15 minutes and then said no representatives were available.
