We absolutely adore Dr. Bontrager, and all of the nurses and staff that we've had the pleasure of meeting so far! We liked the doc so much when we saw him in the past, as soon as we heard he opened his own practice we switched over and couldn't be more pleased with our decision. We have told so many of our local family and friends to visit this office and notice the difference! My family of four each feels genuinely listened to, taken care of, and in the best of hands in Preston with Dr. Bontrager! He's extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining everything in layman's terms, while remaining so very empathetic- he genuinely has awesome bedside manner. And best of all, you can actually get an appointment that isn't a month out! We have always gotten in same day or at OUR earliest convenience, in fact! Their easy online portal and text system make for an awesome bonus. In our opinion, this office has raised the bar, and we can't recommend them enough!
