Went to Next Care for pretty significant back pain. I used the website and made an appointment. That was pretty easy to do and I got in the same day. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. I filled out a couple of forms, but I had filled out the other forms using the portal after I set my appointment Do bring your insurance card and your photo ID. The gal who brought me back and took my vitals was kind and efficient. I did not have to wait very long to see the provider. The provider was professional and listened carefully to my complaint. Once he understood the problem, I received two prescriptions and a work note. I thought he was very kind and reasonable. He did not doubt my level of pain and I felt like he really listened. Because I was in so much pain one of the medical assistance got a wheelchair and wheeled me to my car, which I feel was above and beyond. I highly recommend this urgent care located on Power and Brown in Mesa, Arizona.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly after our daughter hurt her chin. The check in process was easy and efficient - staff was very friendly and was excellent with our daughteru2019s care throughout our visit. Everyone was thoughtful and helped make our daughter feel as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend.

They had me in and out.. set me up with an appointment time when I walked in.. came back at my appointment time of course had to wait a little for others who needed that extra time and wrapping up. However the front desk and nurses were sweet and helpful. Doctor was great just gave me the need to know a prescription and sent me on my way. I've been coming here since I can remember and they always do a great job helping me figure out what's wrong and getting better. This visit couldn't have gone smoother.

First time using an Urgent Care in the United States. My appointment went seamlessly. People were friendly and very helpful. Answered all my questions while still dealing with all the other patients, phone calls and Provider needs.nnMy Nurse's Aide was amazing. She was energetic personable and funny. Thorough in preparing information and capturing the reasons I was there. She made me feel very comfortable.nnMy Provider Matt was very patient centric and thorough in assessing my needs. Even had a sense of humour. Again was patient in answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable with his recommendations to resolving my issues.nnI would not hesitate visiting this UC facility again!
