I don't usually whine or talk a lot but this has been bothering for long period now so here we go.I had a wart in my foot that was cured by a doctor but it came back so I went to my PCP to have him referred to a different one so he could remove it properly this time. However, when I went to my PCP he was absent but Dr. Barakat was covering for him. I told him I need to be referred to a different podiatrist from my previous one because my wart came back after it was removed. He told me that I don't need a podiatrist, he can remove it for me at his urgent care and all I need is one visit, those podiatrist make you come once biweekly for couple of months so they can keep talking money out of you. I went to his urgent care, himself and his team kept talking negatively on my previous podiatrist how he has no good conscience and how he was ripping me off and they would never do something like that...Anyway long story short, he dug a hole in my foot and told me that its gone. Few days later it was still there. So I went again to show him that its still there, then he started to change his words of like yeah the skin has to be scraped everyday day (meaning I should've came to his office everyday unlike of how he promised).Then he said I can do a surgery for you now then it will be gone for sure this time. I trusted him so I said yes. HE DUG A GIANT HOLE IN MY FOOT AND IT WAS THE MOST PAINFUL THING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I COULDN'T WALK PROPERLY FOR LIKE A WEEK. I didn't mind that as long as the wart is gone but it wasn't, as a matter of fact it became much bigger and I have like 8 right around each other.1 year later I'm still to this day seeing a different doctor to clean up the mess Dr. Barakat has done for me. He made the wart: bigger, deeper, thicker, and 8 instead of 1. Not to mention I have paid 400$+ in bills and medications.
