NP or PA Jess could really use some help in the bedside manner department. She may have been slightly annoyed that my 19 year old daughter wanted her mother to be in there with her. It seemed as if her main focus was to get us out of there as quick as possible. We've been to this clinic many times & I have always been treated with kindness & compassion. Not this time, though.

Update: the clinic itself was phenomenal and very understanding when I complained to them about the pharmacy tech who dealed with us. Lana didn't even tell us that we needed to check in at the clinic so we wasted even more time. Thankfully the receptionist Kylie and Dr. Suzanne did a great job hearing me out and helping us. Great service compared to the pharmacy. Thanks for actually being polite!Original: Came for physical, met a very nasty flunky at the register named Lama or something who was very rude when asked a friendly question. Very unprofessional, such a miserable way to talk to someone hope she find happiness in her life

This place is HORRIBLE. I've never in my life been treated so poorly the lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional I wish I got her name. I felt highly discriminated against they refused to see my daughter for the flu vaccine and we were paying out of pocket they kept saying if you have insurance they'll drop you if you pay out of pocket. Why are they worried about my insurance if I'm saying I'm paying out of pocket.. I have never had this problem with CVS only this place and this area I'm not saying all the clinics just this one. So I stood there and called to report what I was going through the man apologized to me and told me they can't refuse my service and he gave them a phone call they had to see my daughter and the lady at the front desk was highly upset about it she said so rudely give me ur payment! If my daughter didn't need this vaccine for school I would have walked away, but I can imagine how many people they have turned away like this and discriminated against so I had to stand up for myself and my child. Ending result we were right and they absolutely had to give her the vaccine we paid out of pocket don't worry about the insurance if im telling you we're paying out of pocket if her insurance had kicked in do you honestly think I'll be there trying to pay... Corporate need to look into this place because this is just poor business no type of good customer service, very unprofessional, rude, uncaring, unpleasant oh boy can I go on... if I could give zero stars I would. If there's one thing I could tell you please do NOT go to this place!

Donu2019t try to make an appointment here. I made made an appointment online for my sick child and when we arrived there was a sign that said they were closed for the day. A Little Clinic employee was clocking out and when I said I had an appointment, she said she called everyone to tell them they were closed. She didnu2019t call me. She asked if I made the appointment after 2:30. I did make it around 3:00 but she was still there at that time and could have and should have continued to see if appointments were made. I actually received a confirmation email at 3:24 that my appointment was scheduled. While I realize that staffing and other emergency issues can suddenly arise, there must be a way to not allow patients to make appointments. I looked again after I left and appointments are still able to be made for that clinic for this afternoon and this evening. Other people will be in the same situation we were in. Someone should be able to monitor the appointments and at least call people if an appointment is made to cancel before they arrive. This is not an acceptable way to care for patients.
