Very well taken care of. Brought my 86 year old dad late in the evening with an abscess on his shoulder. He was in a lot of pain, they attended to him immediately, their whole staff was professional, kind, knowledgeable & excellent customer service. This certainly was a much better choice then an emergency room. I would highly recommend this facility and hope they are recognized by management for an incredible job on all aspects. Thank you.

As the parent of curious children, I've visited many urgent-care and emergency-room facilities. By far, my experience with Prime Urgent Care was the best I've had. Aside from providing excellent care, every single person we interacted with--from the front office, to the medical assistant, to the doctor--were personable, attentive, and wonderful working with kids. They were kind, good listeners, and provided a calming presence.So many emergency medical places forget that forming a respectful and genuine connection with their young patients is actually an integral part of the quality of care they provide. Scared kids are difficult patients. And it's hard to administer good care to scared patients.The folks at Prime Urgent Care are absolute professionals. My kid was well taken care of and left happy from our late-night visit (imagine that!), and this parent felt good that he has a first-rate place to go when our next adolescent mishap occurs.

Came in on Friday night with my son. I drove over 50 miles. This place was the only urgent care open after 9 pm that I could find. I am so thankful I found them. The front desk & MA were so kind. Lots of parking & no wait. The NP S.Kaur was so kind & very good with my son. As an RN & mom of 3, I am so thankful for clinics like this. It kept us out of ER & got my son what he needed. Worth the drive. The 24 hour CVS was also just a quick drive. Thank you again Prime. My upmost thanks to the angels on Friday night. u2665ufe0f

First, I want to be clear this isnu2019t a standard of care facility. I went there because there was no other place open. It was late and I felt really terrible. They didnu2019t take my insurance but I still wanted to be seen so I paid a whopping 150.00 plus there CC fees. I was there a total of 15 minutes (10 in lobby) 5 in room. The came in I told her I was have stomach issues both in my gut and my abdomen. I told her I had just had a blood panel with labs done 6 days before and had my results on my phone. She didnu2019t ask to see them. She listen to my stomach and then said she could order a sonogram but it wouldnu2019t be until the next day. I was flying out with 12 hours to Florida. She then told me I should go to the ER where they were better equipped to help me. WELL, that part she was right about. I went to Tarzana Hospital and Dr. Sugarman was AMAZING.He looked at my previous bloodwork and said letu2019s test you again and compare. I had a UTI. Just to be safe since I was in so much pain, he ran a CT that was normal. I got meds, went home and was able to get on a plane to Florida for work. Itu2019s been three days and I feel SOOOOO much better. This is to let people know that Prime isnu2019t about helping people but charging money to walk in the door. I didnu2019t even get a receipt but they had me sign my bill. My mother was a nurse for 35 years. This is just a shame. BUT that being said I post this to let others know about this urgent care. I DO NOT RECOMMENDu2026. I feel like I should be refunded my money but I am sure that this kind of place wouldnu2019t take that accountabilityu2026.

I came to Prime Urgent Care because my kids werenu2019t feeling well, and I absolutely loved the experience. The providers were so caring and understanding. I didnu2019t have to wait at all, and they were incredibly patient with my 4-year-old. The care they provided was exceptional, and now theyu2019ve become the primary care providers for my whole family. Highly recommend!
