It was my first time at prime time care on May22,2025. It was a wonderful experience the assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the doctor who was a female I think her name was Dr Ann. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She said it was good that I came in at the time. I went in to check my head cold turned into bronchitis. I was given meds and on day one I felt much better already. I would highly recommend this Urgent care on LPGA bld 1890

This place was clean the intake staff very efficient and friendly. I didn't have to wait very long before I was placed in a room and was seen. The nurses didn't just rip the bandage off, he soaked it so it fell off on its own. Both the nurse and Doctor were helpful understanding and gentle. I wish every Doctor visit went this well.

As a snowbird, I was really pleased with the very good service here with competent and friendly staff in all areas. The process was smooth and efficient. It was no problem at all when I called later for info to be emailed for my insurance provider. When the clinic called me with an update on lab results requiring a change in prescription, they took care of calling my pharmacy.

Was sent to Prime Care by AdventHealth centra care because they wanted to charge me $318 as a self-pay patient. The experience at Prime Care was wonderful from start to finish. I called first to ask about cost for a self-pay patient. $175, which I found very reasonable. The girl on the phone was very sweet. I walked into a clean waiting room and was greeted by the receptionist who I spoke with on the phone, again very pleasant girl. I filled out my paperwork and was brought straight back. Was triaged by the medical assistant, who was also very sweet and then seen by a nurse practitioner who was great, she prescribed the necessary meds for my respiratory infection. I was very pleased with this location and would definitely go back.

I had a great experience at Primecare DB. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff are friendly and Doctor Julie is lovely. There was a minor mix up with my prescription, but they got it fixed as soon as I called about it. I'm glad to have an urgent care place like this so close to home.
