I am thankful for learning of this clinic. Since then, I can honestly say that these guys have earned my business as my Healthcare provider. After visiting these last few months I am fully convinced that this will be my new personal care provider. With their level of consistent service I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The staff and their supportive team have given me the best care in this city. I would recommend Priority to anyone with or without insurance. Whether you need the vaccine or any health-care needs, they can help you.

My insurance wasn't covered here, but I do appreciate how they let me know in advance before anything else. They even directed me to an Urgent Care that did take my insurance which wasn't necessary but much appreciated. Their none-insured prices were reasonable as well.nnEven though I went to a different facility, I was happy with the transparency and professionalism the secretary showed me. That alone deserves credit.

I have now been to Priority Access for several different things. Their staff is very friendly and the clinic has a welcoming environment. They are fast and efficient and you will not have to wait long to be seen. They fixed me up with a COVID test for travel on short notice. I highly recommend Priority Access for any of your urgent care needs.

I met owner Ed Hannie as a customer at my work. He is always extremely kind and friendly customer. My coworker mentioned his office and I asked Mr. Ed for a card. I needed that card today. I woke up this morning and I needed to address symptoms I continue to dismiss because I am a working mom. I called to see if I could come and they let me know my wait time would be short. I walked in did the standard paperwork, insurance and Id. I paid my copay. And seconds later I was called back. Office is very clean. Staff is very professional. And then in walks this wonderful NP, Ms. Neveu. I feel like hot garbage and she instantly made me feel heard and comfortable with her very relatable personality, her listening skills, she examined me and then gave me a treatment plan and sent me on my way to get prescription. She even asked if there was another prescription that I felt would work better for me. I appreciated that!

I would highly recommend Priority Access Urgent Care to anyone in need. Their staff is very compassionate and always willing to help. I have visited them on several occasions and have always been satisfied with their staff and professional services. Me and my family use them for emergent care, hydration services and rapid result COVID testing. I have recommended family members, co workers, and friends to visit Priority Access Urgent Care for all of their medical needs.
