I was referred by a coworker. I hate my experience wasnu2019t as good as hers. The nurse and receptionist were polite and professional. When I arrived, there was one person in the waiting room. My visit took almost 2 hoursu2026 I suspected sinusitis. The PA argued that previous treatments by my ENT were not evidence based. Very poor bedside manneru2026 acted like she did not care about my discomfort or wanted to be bothered. They charge a surcharge for credit & debit cards, give hand written receipts, and no electronic prescriptions service. Very inconvenient to have to drop off a prescription and go back to pick it up while sick.

Worst experience ever ! Donu2019t waste your time here. Went 1 week ago , the doctor on site told me that I had a viral upper respiratory infection and didnu2019t prescribed any bacterial medication, when it was clear I had a bacterial infection(I clearly explained all my symptoms).Didnu2019t even ran more advanced checks on me , no chest xrays , nothing. Ended up having a bacterial pneumonia infection . They just donu2019t care ! Beware.

I had something wedged in the bottom of my foot from a beach walk a month before and it was time to get it out. I was seen quickly and Miss Barnes the PA expertly injected me with lidocaine, made a tiny incision, and plucked the thorn out, fast and pretty much pain free. Well done and so relieved to have it taken care of.

I really didnu2019t want to come here after my last experience, but the location is very convenient and I needed to be seen quickly. And Iu2019m so glad I did. The front desk was friendly, the process was quick and seamless, and the doctor seemed to care, listened to me, and prescribed medication that had me immediately feeling better. So glad they switched management! I noticed a major improvement.

My 1 star is not at all for the admin / patient care techs, they were amazing and doing the best they could!! My poor rating is for the u201cnew managementu201d. Iu2019ve lived in the area for years and this urgent care was always the best! In and out fast and convenient hours, nowadays RUN! I showed up the evening before and was told u201cprovider had to leave earlyu201d I worked in a private practice, I get it, left and came back next morning at 8am, told AGAIN u201csorry provider is running late and weu2019re not sure when theyu2019ll get hereu201d ud83eudd74nThis place is essentially functioning as a testing site, and I feel terrible for the team here. I see the owners replies to other negative reviews and citing u201ccovid shortagesu201d. You are a healthcare companyu2026.cmon now, plan better.nIf I hadnu2019t already paid my copay ahead of time (big mistake) I would have walked out and tried my hand elsewhere.nBottom line- just drive out of your way to another urgent care because this AINu2019T IT
