All of the ladies do a great job at what they do. All very thorough in all aspects of my visit. The provider was top notch and really tuned in on how I was feeling and getting me a remedy for my issue. Over all very pleased with my experience and confident to go back in the future. I use MHP for other services and have been very impressed. Naturally when I needed care on the weekend I went to MHP priority care. I arrived and I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. When I was taken back I explained I had a sinus infection and gave my symptoms. I have battled sinus infections my whole life. I was asked to submit to a strep and influenza test and I explained to the nurse that I did not want the tests. The NP came in examined me and then said I would need to submit to the tests requested. The NP would have seen the post nasal drip I was suffering from and I explained the sinus pressure but still the NP insisted on tests. I submitted to the tests and they came back negative. The NP then told me I have not been sick long enough for treatment. The NP was more interested in getting me out of her way than she was in treating me.

Came into the urgent care with my 4 year old autistic grandson and his mother who is deaf. Morgan was so patient and thorough with my grandson and making sure mom understood all she was saying. Asked if there was anything we did not understand and referred them to a pediatrician since they were new to the area from Reno NV. Told us to call if we had any concerns before seeing pediatrician. The staff were all really kind and helpful.
