I was in upstate New York on a visit and came down with a medical issue. As I live in another state and couldn't get to my regular doctor I did a search to try to find a local urgent care.nnThis urgent care was close by and had the highest ratings of any of the urgent care centers in the area so I thought I'd give it a try.nnI quickly found out why it was so highly rated. The location was clean and the team members working there (from the person at the front desk, to the nurse to the doctor) were all terrific. They made me feel welcome, my wait time was minimal and the care I received was wonderful.

Fast, empathetic, thorough, and always pleased with the care I receive at Priority 1 Urgent Care. Dr Shoemaker is excellent. She explains everything and covers all her bases. She really listens and treats everyone with respect and dignity. The nurses and front office staff are amazing as well. I only go to this urgent care and highly recommend it to family and friends.

First time at Urgent Care. Making an appointment on line was easy, was seen right away. The physician was thorough and took her time to answer all of my questions. Grateful they accepted my insurance. ( something perhaps to check when making an appointment.) If I need Urgent Care again, Iu2019d ho back.

I was a walk-in patient and was seen almost immediately! Dr.Shoemaker is both lovely/personable and a great physician who really listens and makes sure that everything is thoroughly explained to you as the patient. I wish she could be my primary care doctor!!! I would recommend this urgent care to anyone needing to visit one- it appeared that the providers were all physicians which was also nice and reassuring :)

Went to Priority 1 Urgent Care with flu symptoms. The staff and medical professional were very kind and thorough. I tested positive for flu A. The Doctor was very nice and prescribed meds without hesitation. I am on the mend. I recommend this location for urgent care.
