Extremely Disappointed u2014 Discrimination Shouldnu2019t Still ExistnIu2019ve had enough. Every time I visit Central Peds with my white fiancu00e9, Iu2019m treated with respect u2014 no issues, no questions. But when I came alone with my daughter, I was ignored as I walked in. I greeted the receptionist, and all she said was u201cnameu201d u2014 no acknowledgment, no kindness. She then argued with me about not having my insurance card, something thatu2019s never been a problem before.nnI called afterward and provided the insurance information, just like Iu2019ve done multiple times before. Iu2019ve also emailed this clinic over 10 times. Thereu2019s no excuse for the way I was treated.nnItu2019s 2025, and Iu2019m still experiencing racism this close to home. Sadly, this wasnu2019t my first uncomfortable experience here u2014 but it will be my last. Iu2019ve since switched clinics.nnDo better, Central Peds.nnEdit: Your docter misdiagnosed my 2 year old child. She said it was a simple cold turns out she had pneumonia ANDA ear infection! So glad Iu2019m done with this place and got a second opinion!

I trusted Central Peds with the care of my children for years and mistakenly believed our pediatrician and trusted her knowledge and expertise.nnI brought up concerns for years that she dismissed. To her credit, she did eventually refer us to an endocrinologist, but by then the situation was very advanced.nnAnd now, as I try to obtain the x-ray images needed to help my child they are incredibly rude and unhelpful and are unwilling to release them electronically which is the only way they can be used.nnI would strongly disagree using this clinic

Dr. Lawrence Morrissey has been incredible to work with. He takes the time to truly explain and educate us on the medical information provided as we are first time parents, and does so in a very respectful way. We have never felt rushed with our visits with him. When reaching out via the portal with questions, he always responds in a very timely manner. We have moved and are sad we are no longer able to see him - our next pediatrician has big shoes to fill - thank you!

my daughter was recently misdiagnosed. we were told her liver was enlarged with a possibility of cancer or a tumor. rushed down to childrenu2019s to find out that dr at central didnu2019t wait for the radiologist report to come backu2026 her liver is fine and normal sizing.. she has pneumonia!nshame on this dr for speaking so soon about such an illness for my 2yo.. i am 36 weeks pregnant and almost went into early labor from the anxiety and panicking due to this doctors mis diagnosis.nnpulling my children from their care here asap.

Above and beyond practice! First time parents with lactation consultant needs early on - could not have found a better Peds office. The triage line is very responsive, the providers are incredible, with access evenings and 7 days a week across locations, and they continue to exceed our expectations.nNicole (lactation consultant and RN) was an invaluable resource in the Woodbury location that helped us navigate challenges early on. Incredibly warm and supportive. Best experience I could have imagined, I give my strongest recommendation. If you are having any challenges with feeding, you must meet with Nicole!
