I am from out of town but really badly needed to see a doctor due to a breathing issue that ended up being pneumonia.nMy wait seemed a little long since I had made an appointment. Butt, it was really not that long when I remembered it was Urgent Care. When I did get to a room, I had to wait a while again, but not overly long considering they were kind of busy.nOnce a doctor came to see me though, I had her attention, she was very thorough. She listened to me, asked questions, explained her thoughts of what I had going on and ran additional tests to help the diagnosis. Turned out it was pneumonia she explained. She ordered prescriptions but being from out of town, I did not have a regular pharmacy but lucklily was directly across the street.nI am starting to feel better and my lungs are breaking up creating a cough but that is ok. It is getting better.nSo, I really appreciate the treatment I received and the staff at this Urgent Care for helping an out of towner so quickly and efficiently so we can be back on our trip in a few days. Thank you!

My husband I both were examined by Steven, a PA. He listened to us, ran the appropriate test for my husband and prescribed our meds. The wait was shirt, even though there were quite a few people in the queue. The staff was pleasant and very courteous. This is our second visit in a very short period of time to Priority and we recommend it to anyone who needs urgent care.

The sign in was pretty easy and simple because I had been there before. Theyu2019ve always taken good care of me and taking care of the issue. The doctor was very nice and caring and so were the staff and I did not have to wait that long at all, I would recommend anyone to Go there.

Went in for abdominal pain. The girls in the front office were great. Service was fast, in and out within 45 minutes. Doctor was great and informed me what my problem might be and ways to help and prevent it!

Across the board A+. And I'm a hard critic to please. But from the time I searched Bakersfield Urgent Cares up until picking up my prescriptions it was all good and helpful. Same day appt at 12:30, called right back, seen by N.P. (excellent female), very caring and informative. Did procedures, wrote prescriptions, gave me advice and out the door all in about 35 minutes tops. They gained a new patient and that makes me feel better right there!
