From the moment I arrived, the office staff was very polite and attentive. The Nurse Practitioner was super nice and also very attentive. She answered every question I had and made me feel at ease. I told her what medication I was currently taking and she explained to me the medication she was going to prescribe, what it was going to do for me and explained it would not interfere with my daily medication. Awesome bedside manner!

Showed up this evening & the medical assistant was incredibly rude, had an attitude, didn't care about my symptoms at all, had to take my BP 7 times to get a reading; was speaking loud even though I had a migraine/vertigo- I asked if she could please speak lower & she looked at me like I had 3 heads and continued to speak in the same time; she ordered my assistant to Come & grab her and my caregiver was strongly taken aback. The PA came in and we immediately noticed she was fidgeting, bouncy, shaking- seemed nervous- didn't examine me or take a history or ask about my clients- she prescribed 1 med and explained why she couldn't prescribe another- while shaking- all for $135! We went immediately to the ER and they were AMAZING- they immediately turned the lights down - examined me- asked me questions, incredibly caring and provided treatment- The triage nurse; nurse , Dr and financial person- I've been going to Southwest since 2008- way before the current staff or Medical director- When I had been a Colleague of the First Dr and this place is not what it used to be. If they don't call me with Personal apologies and a willingness to make things right, I may take things further.

Fast and great quality of care. Hardly a wait for service, and the testing is fast. The medical staff are nice and professional. The co pay with my insurance is also very affordable, and Iu2019m out of network. So itu2019s overall my top choice over an ER visit.

Yesterday I was turned away from two other urgent cares due to an issue with my insurance, before the team at this office actually helped me to fix the issue and got me seen immediately. Entire staff were extremely friendly and professional. Itu2019s rare to experience such high quality healthcare, glad I came!
