Very grateful for my urgent care experience here! John and practice manager Denzel made sure I was comfortable while waiting on my medical visit, and ensured me I'd get the best care possible. I had a great experience at Piedmont Urgent Care! Everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel cared for from the moment I walked in. Donna was especially sweet and went out of her way to make me comfortable. Dr. De La Luz was also amazingu2014kind, attentive, and efficient. They got me in and out quickly without making the visit feel rushed. Being sick is never fun, but their kindness really made it feel not so bad. Highly recommend!

Piedmont is always my first choice. John who was my first contact confirmed that I was at the right place. I had no appointment but was seen in just a few minutes within my arrival. The PA who saw me was proffession and eager to assist me. Each individual that I enacted made me feel safe. Charity I believe was her name was amazing and very professional as she explained everything she was doing. My experience with the PA who saw me one of only two that I have encountered with that level experience and confidence. I normally do not want to see PA but this lady was amazing.

Arrived close to closing, everyone except for John Jr., was so accommodating and responded with kindness ( He was being very pushy.. rushing me for an insurance card and kinda dramatic too, if you will). I can understand that it's close to the weekend and everyone is ready to relax and be free, but after being involved in a very traumatic accident the last thing I needed is attitude when seeking quality care. Hopefully next time things could be handled in a more friendly fashion by intake!
