Worst experience Dr.charlton-owl he is a snake and money hungry this man did a unnecessary surgery and then he left me with a very painful catheter that he did not even try to correct. when it was time to fix the fistula his staff told me on the first visit my insurance would cover all my procedures which was a lie, but the way the catheter was covered was they had me go to the e.r at the hospital they chose and that's how they got the approval done the operation so terrible I woke up in the middle of surgery screaming from the pain after the surgery was complete in the recovery room I told the doctor that this was very painful he said oh you will be okay I was not following three weeks I could not move my neck correctly I could not speak loudly and yawn and a lot of things to do with my head it was very painful when it came time for the next surgery I was told I would have to pay so much money to get the surgery done I spoke to his team and let them know and they said oh well and hung up on me I kept calling back and they would not answer return my calls do not go to this doctor or take your loved ones if you care about them (also I have tried a few times to call you in your ignore these calls for me so how am I supposed to contact you guys this is for the follow-up of your response)

Dr. Charlton is the essence of professionalism not only with patients, but with the family as well. He treated my husband, Joseph and we are so grateful that God put his in our path. My husband is doing very well after Dr. Charlton cleared 90 % blockage in his carotid artery. My husband is 81 years old and has a new lease on life because of the care given by Dr. Charlton.

Very expensive. Be prepared to wait several hours to be seen even when the lobby is empty.nEdit: Iu2019ll update my review to address the Dr. Only come here if you have a an acute problem that needs surgical intervention as the Dr will not perform any preventative practice to treat problem early on before it becomes severe.

Very bad service the doctor and the nurse careless I waited 3 hours for nothing they left me in the room that what they did with me don't waste your time guys
