From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we had an excellent experience. Receptionist, MA, and PA Timothy were great at what they do. My son needed an x-ray and it was so nice to be able to do everything in one place. They were quick, thorough, and kind. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Along with nurses and other staff you can tell there truly there cuz they care.nI came in sat cuz I have been feeling terrible for a weeknHe diagnosed me Bronchitis and sent in all the meds I needed so I cld be on the mend.nAgain thank u Dr Tim and Staff

I absolutely love this urgent care. Iu2019ve used it multiple times on the weekend and have booked an appointment online. I have never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. The staff is very friendly and the PA Timothy Keeler is very helpful and kind. He makes time to hear your concerns but gets you in and out as soon as heu2019s able. Scripts go right to the pharmacy immediately and if there are concerns after the visit, he can be contacted via the portal or by calling the front desk and leaving a message. I wouldnu2019t use another urgent care in Midland. Top notch service and care!

I was seen shortly after I arrivednStaff was pleasant and courteous. Timothy listened to me while I told him my symptoms. He did a thorough exam including chest X-rays and a breathing treatment. He gave me the results of the X-rays and prescribed meds. He was very professional. I will give him an A+

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. I went in with symptoms that were later vaguely hinted as laryngitis, but the visit left me with more questions than answers. The doctor, Timothy Keeler, was dismissive and seemed to be in a hurry. He interrupted me repeatedly, barely let me explain my symptoms, and even tried finishing my sentencesu2014which were far from accurate to what I was trying to say.nnHe performed a quick and careless lung examination, listening through both my winter coat and a fleece layer underneath. My symptoms, such as excessive, thick, green sputum and an intense, hacking cough, were inaccurately documented in my chart. This lack of attention to detail was very concerning.nnWhen I mentioned potentially needing a note for my class, instead of addressing it there, he told me to call later for it, which seemed unnecessary and odd. The entire visit felt rushed and impersonal. Despite being the only patient in the urgent care at the time, the doctor spent less than two minutes with me and spent half of that time standing at the door as though eager to leave.nnI was ultimately prescribed an antibiotic, a steroid, and cough medicine, but no clear diagnosis or thorough explanation was provided. Important symptoms, like the loss of my taste and smell, didnu2019t even get mentioned because of the hurried interaction.nnThe experience was unsettling and unprofessional. I strongly agree with others who have reviewed this doctor as dismissive and rude. I recommend seeking care elsewhere if possible.nnThe receptionist was very nice and so was the MA. Thatu2019s my one start- thatu2019s for them.
